This company are nothing but crooks. Trying to pay half of what was offered for my phone which is in great condition. They are also refusing to return saying it is blacklisted. I have been on the phone for hours with o2 and it has never been reported lost or stolen. Avoid at all costs. This is the same company as the Samsung trade in company

Excellent service when trading in my old iPhone.
The on line registration and quote system gave me my price and a pack was sent out to me.
I returned the phone via RM special delivery and the money was in my bank account the following day.
The whole process was seamless and so easy. I will use again when I upgrade next time.

Would highly recommend Samsung Recycle from start to finish extremely easy and payment was very prompt after receiving my phone. They send you what you need to post it back but I recommend putting in a box for extra protection.

A painless procedure though had to ask for a pre paid envelope twice, but once it arrived only a couple of days till the money was in the bank, would use again.....
