Efficient and great value service.
I found MOULDSTOP following a websearch, as I needed some new filters for my Nu-Air. The price was the cheapest that I could find online, and I was really pleased when the filters arrived safely next day by courier.

We can also see they were delivered on the 10th on November at 14:41.
If you spoke to someone in the office could you please let us know as no one can remember anyone asking to cancel a website order for filters.

Happy with the product I had ordered as suitably packaged, arrived undamaged and priced same as everyone else (think manufacturer fix the price). However, took the whole week to arrive, when the majority of competitors were offering next day delivery.

Thank you for your review. We ship from wherever has the stock, be if from our warehouse or the manufacturer. In your case it was shipped from our warehouse as the manufacturer had no stock available so no one would have been able to offer next day despite advertising it!
