Everything looked and sounded great when deciding on ordering a Lexus UX except it was not at my local ( Chingford ) so paid to have it delivered there... they missed the date which caused me major problems ... I had to cancel !no updates to say it wouldn't be there on time... just the opposite and on one occasion we went to Chingford to look at a model and they had no idea where it was or the keys ! oh and it was no ones job to find... all in all ... USELESS !!

Friendly efficient staff made the experience for me.

We had to go back the next day to collect the vehicle as it was not taxed. (It was a Sunday)

Motorpoint staff made the whole process of part exchange as stress free as it can be.
They were partcularly patient with my customer error on the bank lump sum payment!

This is my third car purchase with Motorpoint and I would happily recommend them to others.

When I first contacted Motorpoint by phone and told them what I was looking for, I felt very rushed. I felt I was pushed into buying a car I had never seen. As it happened when I went to look at it I loved it and the guys at Motorpoint Derby were very nice. My biggest regret, however is that I didn’t look at other cars. While a really nice car it only has one key and I was unaware of how expensive Smart keys are. Because of the nature of the key, I feel extremely vulnerable with only one key. later learnt that the price they paid for the car would be reduced because of this but do not think that was reflected in the price I paid for it.

Absolutely fabulous customer service from Bailey Never felt pressured into anything No question was too daft. When I went to collect my car again fabulous customer service from Kyla Explained everything about the car again for me. Even topped my fuel up and brought ice cream (for everyone in that day)

The whole experience of buying a near brand new car was not only exciting from the start, but was made all the more pleasurable by the helpful and friendly sales people at Motorpoint. It really was such an easy and quick process all round. I really can’t recommend them highly enough. The quality of both the car and the service was exceptional!

Alex was great at helping me choose a new car given certain aspects that I wanted (bigger, boot space, automatic and something a little different in colourway). He took to the time to guide me through different vehicles and made the process of part exchange seamless.

I was most impressed by the whole experience of buying a car at Motorpoint, Derby. The sale staff were efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. I felt they were genuinely trying to do the best for me and were not intent on pressuring me into buying additional features I did not want. It was genuinely a positive experience.

Martin our salesman was good, along with Maia when we collected the car. The only disappointment was that all four bottom door trims were very dirty. Have bought all of my cars from Motorpoint & always been excellent. Just need to add Amalia who works in the customer service dept at Derby. An absolutely lovely lady who went the extra mile to sort an admin problem out for me. Not my fault or even Motorpoints, but all I can say she is a credit to Motorpoint for the way she handled everything. I do hope the General manager at Derby sees this, and at least gives hera pat on the back. Once again, everyone at Motorpoint as been superb as usual. The only blip was the dirty trims I mentioned above. ..but they have even offered to valet my car if I want!! Brilliant!!

I recently purchased a car from Motorpoint and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the service was excellent and the whole process was smooth and stress-free.

Communication was outstanding throughout. Even when there were some very minor delays, the team kept me informed every step of the way, which I really appreciated. It’s clear that customer service is a priority for them.

A special mention goes to Joshua Buckle, who looked after me throughout the purchase. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and always happy to answer any questions I had. He made the entire experience straightforward and enjoyable.

Brilliant atmosphere no pressure. I told Salesperson what i wanted and sttraight away found one. Throught out the sale explained everything i needed to do.
Had a slight problem with car customer care sorted it.

Visited Both Birmingham and Derby sites car was purchased from Birmingham salesman very helpful not rushed into purchasing
Cause I lived in Burton they transported the car to Derby
When collected was assisted by saleman who showed me round vehicle
Showed me where everything was on the vehicle
Went through paper work with ease
Even the Manager introduced himself to me whilst doing the paper work

I purchased a car from Motorpoint in April.
I have had ongoing issues with the car which Motorpoint resolved the minor problems.
However, there has been a problem that has still not been sorted even though I am still under warranty.
The customer service has been extremely slow to respond and now a major problem with the gearbox has been identified I have had no response from Motorpoint in how to resolve this.
I am extremely disappointed and upset with my whole experience of buying a car from Motorpoint and am very frustrated with having been sold a car with a major fault and now being ignored by the company.

The variety of vehicles was a definite plus point, easy finance application process with instant decision. There was a hick up as both front tyres needed to be replaced. This was done very quickly and without any fuss. I would recommend Motor Point to friends and family. A friend of mine has also purchased a vehicle from the same dealership on my recommendation.
