Fifth car from Motorpoint and more than happy with all of them. Service top marks, value very keen. They whole buying experience is brilliant.

I was made very welcome during my visit. The staff were very polite and not pushy at all throughout the purchase of my car. The whole process was quick, easy and i was able to take the car away the same day. Well done Motorpoint Derby for all your help!

Very helpful staff relaxed viewing with offer of unaccompanied test drive and hybrid vehicle had battery topped up as requested. Bailey was both professional and friendly can recommend for easy transaction. Small issues with car after purchase was dealt with immediately by Chloe who arranged local dealer to action rather than having to return car to Derby.

Buying the car we wanted went very smoothly, but slightly let down when on arriving at the appointed time for the handover we were left hanging around and had to enquire several times for the person who was dealing with us.

Treated with respect and courtesy throughout. Greeted by a salesman in arrival. Shown a couple of cars I was interested in, one of which he had to fetch from nearby. Given plenty of time to look around them. Was not offered a test drive but did not really want one. Chose the one with 2 keys. Not too pushy with the warranty and extras which I declined. Collection 4 days later went smoothly enough but clerk was not very knowledgeable. The cars aren't prepped much and not perfect but are at a good price. Inspect well before purchase and watch out for missing spare keys.

Good to swap on the same day but had the feeling I was rushed through like an assembly line.The next day I discovered rust and scratches I hadn't previously seen which cost 560 to put right.Looked at the paperwork and there was no cooling off period.

On my own and 82 years old, buying a car is a challenging experience but from walking through the door to the after sale service, I have to say the customer care was exceptional in a customer friendly environment.
All the staff I dealt with were friendly, helpful and courteous. I had visited another dealer in the area and the difference in service was like chalk and cheese. There were a few issues but they were quickly sorted and I would like to mention the help of Chloe, in particular. Thank you.

I have just bought a Skoda Fabia from Bailey and Maia did the handover on Saturday. What can i say... Well, i work in the motor trade myself so i feel i am an expert on the way things are in these types of business. The best way i can describe my Motorpoint experience is "first Class" The sale was really easy to complete and no pressure at all, No managers needed to be called, Superb!!. The car is really brilliant and i love it already. My partner loves the car as well so it's win win for me. Motorpoint Derby was recommended to me by a friend who buys his cars from this store. The sales room was nice and tidy and all the staff who passed by me spoke (i was in work uniform as well) I had a lovely coffee and used the facilities 110% impressed with how clean everything was. Knowledgeable staff not pushy.
Allowed to browse at our speed and then when we selected several cars we were given the keys to look around.
Service was really good 10/10

Salesman was very knowledgeable and personable. Staff were very helpful and professional. The only thing that let them down was the standard of valet, on collection day.
