Stumbled across Williams Motorhomes when we were searching online for where we might be able to pick up a new bumper for our Burstner Delfin. Since our first contact with them to see if they could help to picking up our motorhome with its spanking replacement bumper a couple of weeks ago the service has been excellent, the work incredibly professional and the whole experience hassle free. Charlie and his crew have colour matched our old bumper and made new to a very high standard and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them for motorhome repairs. They have been a pleasure to deal with, even driving me to the train station when I dropped the van off and opening up on a Saturday for pick up. While we hope not to have any more repairs going forward they would be our first port of call should the need arise. Jason & Sally

Had to have a mould made for rear bumper on Elddis 135, Charlie was extremely professional kept me updated throughout and him and the boys were polite, friendly and did an excellent job would highly recommend for any repair required. They also repair shower trays basins etc

Great company, easy to deal with, fast service, very happy with my new bumper. Seems expensive but found out that's about the going rate and if you have an older vehicle these are your guys for sure. Lovely quality, exact copy, well packaged. Thanks all concerned, well done.

Can't praise these guys enough. Family run ex boat builders now turned to motorhomes (same thing but one has a chassis the other a hull!?) These guys really know their trade. Had a load of work done on my moho and it's always first class, honestly priced and realistic time frames. I'm moving to Wiltshire soon but will still be coming to Canvey for anything repair or replacement related.

Charlie and the team did a great job repairing our new Benimar Motorhome.
Charlie quoted based on emailed photos that I sent showing the rear bumper damage. The quote was less than a quarter of the dealership. Charlie explained that he would 3D print two corners and the rear bumper in GRP.
Throughout the repair process Charlie's communication was brilliant and the work was completed in the agreed timescales.
When I collected the van I couldn't believe the high quality of the work. They even made a copy of one decal (using some spare black vinyl) which was missing from the package provided by the dealer.
Williams are a very professional, costumer focused business who produce a great product. I would not consider going to anyone else for any future repairs and I would thoroughly recommend them to others.

Reversed my autoquest 140 motorhome and smashed my bumper..contacted charlie and sent him pictures. He said they could replace it...Little did I know that they would do such a fantastic job!!!...absolutely brilliant...and such nice guys too...I recommend them completely...professional..I travelled down from the midlands and am so glad I did. GREAT job guys

I’d been having trouble finding somewhere to take a look at a leak on out Motorhome and found these guys. Charlie had a look at some pictures via email and we arranged for me to bring it in for a proper look. Quoted for job, booked in and all done with no fuss or drama. They went above and beyond, sealing an area not originally quoted for when they discovered it and also re-seated the rear bumper at no extra cost as it looked a bit untidy. Great family run company, great customer service and competitive pricing. Could not recommend more.

Received very promptly replacement rear bumper for my Suntor 630 motorhome. Excellent quality and service.Highly recommend you use them.

From start to finish Charlie, Anton and the rest of the team were professional and efficient. I had a split on my rear lower panel on a 2019 Adria Coral. I sent Williams Motorhomes an email with a photo of the damage. Charlie assessed the photographs and gave me a price and we booked a date in. Charlie advised me how to make a temporary repair to stop it splitting further. We dropped the Motorhome off (our pride and joy) and they put it in the workshop straight away. Communication was excellent and I received good notice of when to collect it. On collection the repair was brilliant, they did a 'local' repair and the paint match was spot on, even with the metal flake finish matching the existing panel. They were really respectful of our Motorhome which we very much appreciated. I would definitely use them again if I needed any bodywork’s or replacement panels. Thank you guys.

I had a long standing problem with my wide door flyscreen. I called Williams Motorhomes and whilst this isn’t part of their standard repair service they said to bring it along. Charlie and his dad were absolutely brilliant. They spent time looking at the problem and came up with a solution and fixed the screen. My first contact with Williams Motorhomes, and my first experience in ordering fibre glass components to replace pvc moulded bumpers on our motorhome.
I was shown clear component photographs, and Charles very helpfully went through several dimensional checks with me before I placed an order.
My three fibreglass components were 50% cheaper, and lead time 8 weeks shorter than pvc bumper replacements.
Every aspect of the purchase, from initial enquiry to delivery of the finished components could not be faulted. I would recommend this company.
