We're sorry you feel this way, however we believe your review omits important context.
Your account was not restricted because you asked for help or raised concerns. It was restricted after you failed to complete a legally binding auction purchase and refused to pay the relisting fee required under the platform's terms and conditions, which every bidder accepts before participating.
As the matter could not be resolved, it proceeded to court, where the court found in Motorflog's favour and ordered that the relisting fee be paid.
Following this, we made the decision not to reinstate your account. This was not simply because the relisting fee remained unpaid, but because you continued to reject the very terms and conditions that govern the auction platform. Those terms apply equally to every user, and we cannot allow access to a platform where a member has demonstrated that they do not accept or intend to comply with the contractual obligations that every other bidder agrees to.
We appreciate that you disagree with that decision, however it was reached after a lengthy process and was based solely on your actions and repeated refusal to comply with the platform's agreed terms.
We remain committed to treating every customer fairly and applying the same rules consistently to all users.

we arranged collection the same day, driver rang 30 minutes before he arrived.

Ridiculous amount for non payment of…
Ridiculous amount for non payment of car, I won a car on Friday and by Monday a fine was sent to my mail. and during this period I travelling before putting in a bid, seen that I won the car and change my mind they informed me that my fine will be well over £630, the price of the car won itself is just over £4000, I have engaged and even offered to pay instalment to clear it but they are insisting I must pay them the whole £630 in one go, case has been moved to a legal
Team who will now contact me, never using their service again.

When bidding through the IAA platform, all bids are contractually binding and are placed in accordance with the platform's terms and conditions, which are accepted when an account is created and used. As with most auction environments, a winning bid represents a commitment to purchase the vehicle.
The relisting fee is not a penalty for changing your mind; it is intended to cover the costs and losses associated with a completed sale that does not proceed. When a vehicle is won and subsequently not paid for, the seller incurs additional administration, remarketing and relisting costs, and the vehicle must be re-entered into the auction process.
The fee applied is calculated in accordance with the published terms and conditions and is based on the hammer price of the vehicle.
We appreciate that circumstances can change, however auction platforms rely on bidders placing bids carefully and responsibly to ensure fairness for both buyers and sellers.
