Insurance at a good price and able to talk to a real person!
I spoke to David Matheson and he was very efficient and polite while he set up my car insurance over the phone at a very reasonable price. It was so nice to talk to a person for answers to a couple of queries I had. I had in fact tried to ask similar questions with another insurance company but firstly frustrated having to converse with AI and then an online chat with an agent left me none the wiser about their policy details.
Thank you for still employing real people. I do hope if I need to make a claim on my insurance this company will be as helpful as they were in setting the policy up.

Switched my classic bike insurance to Motor Vision because of increasing costs each year, tried to be loyal, but forced to shop about using comparison sites. Motor Vision offered me the most competitive package on cost and features and value, but you never know how good any insurer is until you claim.
So far happy with the switch, communication has been excellent.
