After charging my insurance almost 8k and me personally another 4k my bike was totaled 2k miles later by my Insurance company due to the damages done caused by negligent repairs and non repairs that were charged. They could have killed me. Repairs were done in Oct 22. I rode 2,000 miles on a bent swing arm, over tighted front and rear axles and loose fork bolts. There reaction was, my insurance paid me, what do I want from them. Last email received. Just because insurance paid for their neglect doesn't absolve them from responsibility. Smh. Don't let them touch your motorcycle!

The team at Motocorsa look after all our bikes, most recent attendees were my aprilia rs660 for its annual service and my husband's Fireblade SP for new chain and sprockets.
Always a top notch service, knowledgeable, trustworthy and friendly staff and good prices. Love the new shop & location too!

The original Moto Corsa went into liquidation a year or so ago and bad reviews are to do with this business.
Dave, who ran the service department of the old business, very bravely bought the name and much of the stock etc from the previous owners.
I had my Mutt 125 serviced by Moto Corsa Summer 2022 and Kate (office / showroom manager) and Dave were both fantastic. Their love of and passion for Moto Corsa and motorbikes were clear to me.
Last Summer I test rode various bikes: Moto Guzzi v7, Triumph Trident, Ducati Scrambler and decided that my preferred option was the V7 and definitely to buy from Moto Corsa.
Yesterday, I went and did the nicest and easiest of deals on the actual v7 they loaned me for 3-4 days last Summer.
I really hope that the new Moto Corsa business is the huge success it deserves to be and that MV Augusta, Moto Guzzi and Aprilia appoint them as Main Dealer in the near future.

I ordered an MV ECU part online. They sent a different serial number part but assured me it was remapped and would work. It did not. Would not refund me even after returning the part as it had 'been used!
Basically stole £1300 from me.
Please avoid, unethical, dishonest and incompetent!

Just back from my annual MOT visit and also I had a new front tyre put on. Great service as always, nice to go back to a friendly comfortable workshop knowing you will be looked after.
I waited as its an hour for me to get their from home so sat in the waiting room with nice tea and sofa :)
Big thanks to Kate who is always happy and friendly and sorts out the bookings/paperwork and answers stupid questions from old people like me.
I bought the KTM Superduke GT from MotoCorsa, really glad they are still up and running in Ashmore :)

Awful company avoid at all costs, bought a rsv4 brand new off them and it spent two weeks out of 12 with me the rest of the time it was broken and moto corsa where in no hurry to deal with it even aprilia told them to refund me and they refused in the end I had to take £1500 less than I paid as they said it was then second had when they resold it! Shocking company

Having given them 1k deposit on a new bike 3 weeks ago, I have just been told they have gone bust. In order to get my deposit back I have to go through the liquidation company. No one even bothered to let me know.

I received a mailshot this morning with a leaflet claiming 'a dealer experience like no other'. Took my bike in back in January for a service, told they would make a warranty claim for the misted up display and still waiting in September. Not heard anything.....

Although I'm not quite sure I should, as it is quite busy enough!

Safe to say the Gillingham cafe is full of excellent refreshments and sustenance and although I ride a CBR650F myself, I am partial to a bit of Royal Enfield and Moto Guzzi perusing in the showroom, which also holds a surprisingly large range of gear and accessories on its upper floor.

It is a lovely place to stop on a ride and Gillingham itself seems to be approached on all sides by glorious sweeping bends.

I ordered a motorcycle from them, got it delivered at a time it was convenient to me. Really cannot fault them.

A great company to deal with , sales very friendly . I Purchased a 2nd hand bike from these and then unfortunately had issues with it after a week but could not fault their response in sorting it all out under warranty .They collected bike and repaired it in a very professional manor. Dave at the service centre was very helpful and understanding . 10/10

Great bike dealership... lovely showroom, helpful staff and a great cafe serving good food and coffee ! I've just bought a new Royal Enfield and the salesman, Paul Matthews, was brilliant... he even sorted out the transfer of a private number plate onto my new machine ! There are also some great bargains to be had in the clothing / accessory dept upstairs.

Found the main shop in Gillingham fair with reasonably good stock of clothing and accessories. Staff generally cheerful & helpful. Some great bikes on offer.
Servicing at Ashmore left a little to be desired. Ignoring/not noticing the Scottoiler mounted on the frame directly above the chain and the 'Scottoiler' sticker on the chain guard the technician/mechanic oiled the chain, resulting in a rear wheel and tyre covered in oil! The labour rate is also somewhat high at £75 per hour. Hence one star down.

Great company and great after service would buy again from them.
