Curtains are lovely. They arrived very promptly.

Ordered curtains online after seeing the fabric in store. They came quickly, delivered on the day specified. The curtains were well packaged. Beautifully made and look stunning. Silver background with cherry blossom all over....... really stand out against the newly painted wall. Overall, very pleased with both curtains and the online ordering service.

Just like to say I'm very pleased with my recent curtains and your company organization is very professional, I ordered on line ,then next day I rang to make sure about something , the lady was very friendly and looked at my order for me , and the curtains arrived two days later, after you emailed me with the delivery day. I would recommend shopping at Mostyns as item requested was perfectly acceptable and delivered very quickly.

Very helpful on the phone, then ordered on line so had a copy of the order. I was kept updated by the courier as to delivery times. The order complete with alterations arrived a week later, could not fault any part of the transaction, very happy with the quality.

I only requested samples to help me make the decision on designs and colours of possible Mostyn curtains for my lounge. I have found that some of the designs are dated and I couldn't find anything in the samples I liked but I have found a local shop that sells Mostyn curtains so will check it out. I was impressed with your service. Thanks

The lined curtains came very quickly and I was delighted with them. Slightly thinner material than I thought they were, but nonetheless I liked them very much.

I used this company for the first time and was impressed by the range of fabric and style options and the website was fairly easy to navigate. However, my order didn't arrive within the time stated and I had no idea why. I called on Friday to be told that the curtains were coming from an external supplier and as I needed them altering this would now take another 10 days+. I'd really like a refund as I needed them much sooner than this as a friend is staying in the bedroom that I needed them for. I won't be using this company again. To date I've not received any communicatoin from the company yet the money was taken from my account very soon after palcing my order.

Helpful service and very quick response to my request for fabric samples, very competitive pricing. Would definitely use the company to buy fabrics and all accessories for soft furnishings.

These curtains really surprised me, was sceptical and my partner wasn't sure of the quality before we ordered them as they seemed really cheap.. Was happy when they arrived, the service was good and my partner was generally surprised at the quality. Will buy again.

Plenty of choice, plenty of ideas. Live away from shop now so very good quality is assured.

Good value fast efficient and informative on all asoects of buying and hanging curtains, for example size of rail needed for which size curtains.

I ordered four sets of curtains. They arrived promptly and I had good communication about the delivery time and date. The curtains are great value too. I made an error with my size estimation and two of them were too narrow. I called Mostyns who were ever so helpful and arranged an exchange for the curtains with no questions asked.

going into the shop is overwhelming. it would be easier to first view small samples of materials to make quick comparisons and to eliminate options rather than browsing loads of hung material - this is at least allowed on-line. The shop is at least useful for seeing the 'bigger picture' in terms of a larger sample.
there's also too many busy patterns on offer, and not enough simple or plain designs/fabrics.
the instructions (PDF) on how to decide what size curtains you need is difficult to understand if you're a novice - it seems odd to have to order 2 very large curtains for a relatively small window - it needs to explain more about what happens when the curtains are pulled and hung and how they will look afterwards
The link on the website to the black-out liners is useless, just pointing you in the same direction as the above mentioned confusing sizing pdf document. Why is it that the blackout liners don't cover the same sizes as the curtains offered? they may be the same drop but what about the width? there's nothing on-line to explain how to make this choice.
no information was supplied with the order on how to pull the tapes on the curtains - you're left to your own devices.
there's not enough filtering options for choices on the website - for example being able to filter out lightweight or shiny materials from others.
when the curtains arrive they're full of wrinkles and creases from being folded flat - there should be some information on how best to get these out and to make your curtains look like the photo on the packet.
ultimately the on-line shopping experience is much like going into the shop - you're overwhelmed with products but there is little real information to help you. I didn't find the staff that helpful if you're not used to ordering formal curtains.

I ordered my curtains and it took two weeks for Mostyns to decide that the material was out of stock. What did they do in those two weeks and why take the order if they did not have the material?

The website was easy to use and my curtains were as the illustration. My curtains were shortened to the drop I needed and delivery was during the hour slot I was given. I had the curtains within the week.

Tried to buy 3 blinds in my local store, but they didn't have 3 in the colour I wanted, so I ordered on-line, which was easy to do. They even informed me that they would take longer than first stated. More than happy with the overall service I received both in the local shop & with the on-line service.
