Having trawled through various web sites for hours looking for curtains for my dining room, I was about to give up when I discovered the Mostyn's web site. I found the perfect pair of curtains ( 104 ins x 108ins) and ordered them on the Sunday afternoon and they were delivered the following Wednesday.

I was pleased with the curtains I received, however, it would have been even better if they could have included a transcript of the order as I typed it into their website. One of the curtains came through incorrectly sized and, as I was placing a very large order, curtains for the entire house, I'm not sure now if it was my mistake or theirs? This would be an improvement that they could look at introducing. Other than that, the overlocking was brilliant, and all curtains came individually packed and labelled, so it was easy to see which one was for which room.

Ordering online was very easy but was despatched to completely wrong address, fortunately we were contacted by the person who received it because the paperwork on the inside had the correct address??????????????

Was not allowed to order because I had just moved and they use a pay pal type payment system called world pay who would not approve my card! However, they quickly took the money from my account yet it was days before they paid it back.

Having just built our beautiful spacious new bedroom, we needed blackout curtain- linings for the windows. I used the very user-friendly information on the Mostyns website, to determine the sizes I needed, and sent for three sets. They arrived promptly, were exactly right and very effective at keeping out the light. I haven't got around to actually making the curtains yet, but at least we can sleep in the bedroom.

After buying two pairs of Mostyns curtains at a locsal department store ,and being enthused by their quality, Iwanted two more pairs for a further room in my Guest house. I cannot believe the bargain price from buying from The Mostyn factory shop, and would recommend.

I ordered the wrong curtains at the weekend and sent an e mail enen I realised my error. I was contacted on Monday but I was working. I telephoned on the Tuesday made the extra payment and to my amazement they arrived the next day. Customer services are excellent and well organised and the curtains are lovely. Than you

Curtains advertised as white when in fact they were cream, not even a close resemblance to white. Explained the siutaion and they offered to refund my postage of £4.99 - the cost of delivery. Returned item with letter expressing my dissatisfaction of having to pay a further £12 to return and I've only had the curtain value refunded!
My letter and efforts to talk to someone have been ignored.

Received curtains today they are of good quality, very good value and I am very pleased with them.I would certainly buy from Mostyns again

Really disappointed as bought 3 cushions to replace some that I'd bought previously to match some curtains to have my order cancelled as none in stock. Not a great customer experience - now have curtains with no cushions to match.

I recently ordered some gold and cream curtains from mostyns, they arrived promptly,and were just perfect. They matched the newly decorated lounge, I was very pleased with my choice. I would use Mostyns again.

Would have given five stars except delivery only to address of credit/debit card, needed delivery to work as no one at home, had to ring them and do bank transfer instead. Haven't had this problem with any other companies. That aside communications excellent and delivery in the time given by email. Would use again.

Rang customer service due to difficulty using a discount code on line. Very helpful response - curtains and cushions were in process of being reduced so advised to order later. Adviser offered to reserve order so I did not miss out on the sizes. Two pairs of readymade curtains and 3 cushions arrived well packaged in perfect order and look fabulous in the room. Thank you Mostyns for the excellent service and products.

I first placed an order for 2 x Fernlea Lilac single bedding sets. The order was confirmed by Mostyns. I then received an email a few days later saying that they had one duvet in stock and did I still wish to go ahead with my order. I emailed back stating that i was happy to have one duvet and to send asap.I then received another email from Mostyns to say they were having difficulty locating a duvet set and were trying to locate stock. I then got another email to say they had located a duvet set and that they would ship my order. I got a text message on the morning saying it would be delivered. However, after being home all day, I opened the door to find a 'calling card' to contact the courier either by phone or email to arrange another delivery date. I was sent round and round the houses by automated messages and finally gave up! I then had another email from Mostyns saying the courier had been unable to deliver to me today and when did I want them to try again. After further email communication I left the 'calling card' and another note to say I had arranged for a neighbour to take the parcel in for me as I was not able to spend another day indoors waiting for the delivery. I will leave it to your imagination as to whether I would recommend anyone to place an order via Mostyn's website, as although communication was excellent, I will definitely not be using them again in the future.

quality is superb but where is the white?? I am so disappointed with the colour as I wanted white not the light beige that I got. Luckily they fit another room but I still don't have curtains in my bedroom. The label says ermine white but is extrememely misleading.

From choice to delivery there was no problem. Pity you do not do tablecloths - our next rerquirement.
