Happy with the product and service. Probably expensive for what it is but ccompared to rivals the free postage makes it decent compared to them.

A user-friendly website with a preview sent little more than 24 hours after I placed my order, the service provided by Mosaic.Photo was effective and to a high standard. I was pleased with the initial image produced so proceeded with the canvas being shipped immediately. This took only two days to be delivered, so was again extremely prompt. The canvas arrived in perfect condition, with minimal unnecessary packaging, being protected by a layer of Bubble wrap and a carboard box.

The materials used to create the frame of the mosaic and the image itself are environmentally friendly, something myself and an increasing number of consumers are prioritising.

The canvas in person looked even better and it is fascinating to view, each time doing so the eyes of the person are drawn to a different individual image.

It was given as a gift and the recipient was delighted with the mosaic, commenting that she had never seen anything quite like it.

As companies that work with the public go you are unlikely to find many that can match Mosaic.Photo for efficiency and customer service (they had answered all questions that I had put to then prior to placing the order in a timely, polite and informative manner).

I was looking for an unusual wedding gift and Mosaic.photo proved to be the answer.
The whole process from contact, through ordering and receiving the end product was straightforward and quick.
Not being very ‘techy’ Ray, at Mosaic.photo, was very helpful and very patient and the Wetransfer site he suggested using for transferring the photos from my laptop to Mosaic.photo was really easy.
In less then a week I received a copy of the finished picture by email for my approval and then it was a matter of a few days until the finished product arrived.
I chose the canvas option and was extremely impressed with the mounting - an all round great product and service - thankyou.

I was looking for something unique for our 40th Wedding anniversary. We only have a couple of photos from our wedding (we were 19 😂) so I had the best one made into a mosaic made up of our children, grandchildren and holidays throughout the 40 years. Its so lovely 😍 I ordered late but Ray kept in touch and once I approved the preview, our canvas arrived the day before our anniversary. We love it. It looks great and we've enjoyed looking for ourselves in the tiny photos!

Such an amazing print! I love it. This print is unique & different, I love how the mosaic pictures are In the background and the main photo is the focal point. All questions was answered bu Ray the manager in which he communicated brilliantly and even received a proof before confirming to print. It arrived within a few days. Definitely worth buying & not your everyday poster print- better!!

Excellent product and even better customer service.
I ordered an A1 mosaic print with about 700 photos and I was very pleased with the final product which was for a birthday present. The customer service was second to none with good communication from order through to delivery to ensure that the final print was exactly as I required. From order to delivery was about 7 days but I would imagine it would have been quicker had I not had so many questions!

I would definitely recommend Mosaic Photo and will definitely be using them again!
