I have had 3 photos done by Mosaic Photo and each time received exceptional service. I was kept informed and if the final photo I wanted wasn’t perhaps the best photo to use I was given guidance on which photo might be suitable. I cannot praise this company enough their customer service is brilliant and the end result has been wonderful every time.

Fantastic company - much better than the photo-mosaic and photo-on-canvas company that shows up higher in search results. Despite my order being very late over the Christmas period, they rapidly turned around my order, including providing several different versions for me to choose from. Feedback was taken on board incredibly quickly. Because of this I was able to get an incredibly meaningful gift for my friend by new year. Even though it was an online transaction, I definitely felt like I was working with a dedicated local business (even though I'm in the USA and they're in the UK). Ray reached out promptly and worked with me over several communications to make sure they were producing exactly what I wanted in the timeframe I needed for my wife's birthday. I ordered a digital mosaic that I ended up having printed by a local photo lab The mosaic turned out great and my wife was awestruck by it.
