great customer experience
Coffee arrived less than 24h after ordering for free delivery. What's more is that there was a little present from the moonroast team.
It isn't a surprise to me that the moonroast team are so good. Once my parcel got lost over Xmas and one of their staff delivered another one to me so I didn't go without over Xmas.
Last but not least, the coffee tastes great!!!!

Great coffee and service.
Recently sent a bag that was roasted nearly three weeks prior, quick email and a fresh bag was sent out. Just a blip, and corrected quickly and efficiently 👌

I visited the yard and had a lovely brunch and coffee, met some lovely people inc a very informative happy lady who I believe roasts the coffee. Everyone was so kind and my last two purchases of coffee were roasted for me as currently I have no grinder.
