Super easy, got the prescription, put it in, waited two days because it was after 3:30pm when I got the prescription, came two day after as promised.

Excellent, friendly and efficient service!

Each individual is great but the system is set up to stop you seeking redress if there's a problem. Sent 2 batches of contaminated product, 10 days later still no response, rang multiple times, they have no interest in helping. Been without medication for 7 of the last 12 days.

Time to switch.

Additional: nothing came from whatever action Montu is claiming to have investigated in their response to this review.

Can't order medications each month without a problem on their portal, or their stock changes.
It's so stressful I might go back to previous company..
Also the customer service is awful - seem like they don't want ro be there, and arent sensitive to peoples health issues.

I suffer from fibromyalgia, ME and other conditions. I used to have a good job as a teacher that I loved and then I became disabled by this. In the sense that I was just unable to do things that had made me happy, that connected me to other people and it was a very difficult time. It still is sometimes.

Before lockdown, I tried cannabis for the pain. Not legally. But it had a massive impact. However, it depended where you got it from and lots of other things. I tried the oil and that had a huge effect on my pain. Not only that, but very small doses cured my dogs seizures and he lived to be 17.

I even told my GP about the effect that it had on me. But I was beginning to find it a bit hit and miss after lockdown. Sometimes it would make me feel more poorly. It wasn’t really reliable. Then I heard about Alternaleaf. (Finally, I bet you’re thinking). I couldn’t believe my eyes. In fact, it was a number of days before I got in touch with them because I actually thought it wasn’t real.

From the moment that I contacted them until now, almost 4 months later, they have been the kindest most helpful and understanding professional medical people. I paid for a session before I decided to do the £5 a month, but it was still worth it.

I have been able to get hold of the oil too. But the other amazing thing is that they let you try things to see what works. They treat you like an adult. They don’t treat you like you’re doing something a bit naughty. And I’m so thankful of that. They are helpful and compassionate. I would encourage you to get in touch with them no matter what your condition. I have spoken to 2 doctors, a psychologist a nurse and two pharmacists. And each one was as passionate and helpful as the last.

For the first time today, I got up and thought I wonder if I could go for a swim? I haven’t done that for 12 years. So thank you. For giving me back enough that I can consider doing things again.

For about 6 months I was having a back and forth with Montu and Alternaleaf about the fact they kept on taking liked stains and company’s off their medication list week after week. They then started doing the same with their vape carts so I asked about hash rosin, they agreed to stock it ( I have email proof) then went back on their word after the day after I had paid for my review. Their email said sorry we are not going to stock hash rosin now what else would you like. The last 6 months of communication with no outcome, unfortunately this always seems to be the case.
