Shipping is a disaster.

We bought the adjustable dumbbell set. They sent 4 of 5 boxes the first time (lost one box). Took 3 weeks to get here. Took a month to get the last box. They sent the wrong second dumbbell (different weight gradations). Nearly two months later, still don't have a set.

I haven't made a big order, but I would not recommend to order in any case.

I'm not judging the quality of the products, but the experience is miserable. Ordered 2 small things, received 1 separately. Reached out to the support for the other item, telling me it arrives soon. Ended up I had to reach out to them 4 times in the following days (because they were not responding) to have the information that it wasn't in stock and I had to take something else.

Fine, I did it, and received the remaining item (a supplement) - and this one was OPENED and leaked in the box.

So to sum up, for a 50 dollars order :
-It took 2 weeks to receive it all (I live in the same city)
-They gave wrong information on the status of the 2nd product
-The product I received was opened
-The support is replying but the time delay can be DAYS

The number of errors makes it obvious that the company is not serious, it cannot be coincidences.

Since I cannot select 2023 I selected 2025.
I bought a treadmill and I have been having so many problems; from folded treadmill mat that I tripped over each time I run on it, to noises coming from the motor, I saw a lot of rust under treadmill, machine computer is not accurate, I tried programming it nothing. For 1999 $ that was the worse investment I ever made. I tried contacting them nothing, tried posting on their website in the feedback nothing. I am hoping they will get in touch with me to exchange or fix the problem.

Absolutely embarrassing customer service. I ordered a set of dumbbells and they shipped 2 of sets of the same by mistake. I told them about it right away and they're treating it like a return, forcing me to print a label, box up the weights, take it to a courrier and wait for it to arrive before they'll send me the correct weights. Just embarrassing way to handle something that was THEIR fault.

Weights are imported from China and wreak of chemicals. I would recommend going to more reputable place to get your fitness equipment like Fitness Depot.

This company is a total joke. Their marketing is annoying. They can’t even provide their products. But to take your money, that they’re good at… like scammers… so good luck to get your products on time or even get them period. Their customer service is below 1 star. The keep lying or just don’t respond. This is not how you’re supposed to do business in 2024. STAY AWAY FROM THEM, and buy from somewhere else.

Compagnie pas sérieuse. Jamie commandé un ensemble Olympic training bunders le 19 décembre et je l’attends toujours. La compagnie m’a certifié une livraison en 2-3 jours…J’ai essayé de joindre la compagnie de livraison Canpar ( la pire compagnie sur le marché) qui ne cesse de mentir sur le jour de livraison. J’ai envoyé plusieurs mail à Montreal Weights sans réponse… Je ne recommande vraiment pas de commander chez eux!

Not serious company. Jamie ordered an Olympic training bunders set on December 19th and I'm still waiting for it. The company certified delivery in 2-3 days...I tried to contact the delivery company Canpar (the worst company on the market) which keeps lying about the delivery day. I sent several emails to Montreal Weights with no response… I really don’t recommend ordering from them!

Pire compagnie ever, j’ai commandé et reçu du matériel cheap venant de chine, défauts de fabrication, ils me renvoient une commande, même problème, ils me renvoient une commande, toujours défectueux après 4 envois, j’attends avec impatience leurs excuses et raisons après 4 tentatives solidement manquées, et la dernière fois on m’avait promis une inspection et que tout serait assurément en ordre….
Complètement incompétents!!!!!

4 times they messed up my order since 2 months, save yourself some pain and time and pass!!!!!

Good products, fair price, great service.
