Your order was dispatched on time, and the tracking number was provided. As this was an international delivery, customs duties were applicable. According to the tracking, the parcel was awaiting your action. Notifications would have been sent to you by the courier regarding customs fees. Even if you didn't receive the notification for any reason, the link to pay the customs duty was on the tracking link provided. We understand the frustration, but this situation is beyond our control.

I recently ordered from MOMINA - Designer Outfit Collection. The suits were decent quality and fairly priced. There was a slight issue with one item, but it was promptly corrected. Delivery was fast, and the overall shopping experience was fine. While not perfect, I might shop here again considering their variety and reasonable pricing.

Nice clothes but stitching is of low standard
The clothes arrived on time, appearance was as in photos. They were described as winter linen but I would not describe it as winter linen, it’s quite thin as in summer linen. Secondly, the stitching is of a low standard for the price, something you would expect from cheap clothes. The stitching definitely needs to be of much finer standard to match the prices being charged, which is why I have rated it 3*
