Recently cancelled service
UPDATE (7/1/25):
Spoke with a member of Moink team today. We reviewed the circumstances of my issue and were unable to resolve the matter. I will be using my local grocery store.
OLD REVIEW:
I have been a Moink customer from May 2024-June 2025. I recently discontinued their service because every month had become increasingly limiting on my selections.
Moink’s products are good, and they shipped quickly.
I attempted to discuss this matter with their customer service, but they didn’t seem to understand. I was essentially told that I know what I signed up for. I considered that they sometimes have products unavailable. But this was almost my entire order! I could only swap two items for things I like to eat. The other selections were not anything that I usually cook.
I do not feel Moink treated me fairly, and I will be using my local grocery again.
