Design perfect great quality material
Designer Scott was amazing to work with. I had so many requests and so many questions but he worked with me and definitely put in extra effort to please me even though I’m sure it wasn’t easy! Very happy with quality. Seeing all the pallets was a little overwhelming but once my husband finished one wall he had no issues at all! Only problem was with delivery. Apparently shipping company had incorrect phone number for me but they had correct email but never reached out to me. So after 6 weeks I contacted Scott and he got it figured out and closet was at my house in a week. I should have reached out sooner. That was only issue. The closet quality and design were perfect!

Very impressed
Really enjoyed working with designer Bella! It was a very easy experience selecting the closet components and the price was much less than custom cabinet shops. The quality of the cabinets is impressive and the assembly was straight forward. I was a little concerned about the weight carrying capacity of the wall mounted units, but after installation realized they are very sturdy. Planning on using Modular Cabinets for future projects.

Great closet system
Great closet system. Fairly easy to install. There are a tremendous amount of boxes to sort through. That’s probably the hardest part. But with confidence. Quality product and great service.

Professional results for a DIYers
When you buy from Modular Closets you get a team of people supporting your project. Starting with design and through to assembly. I purchased the Alto 22" system. Initially there was some confusion because the assembly instructions applied to 14" deep panels. However, I was able to talk directly to an installer about specifics, and he followed up with examples.
It is very important to read through and follow the directions, don't skip ahead. Assembling and installing hardware for drawers was tight and operated smoothly. The design is clever.
The staff were efficient and quick with replacement panels when needed.
The final results are sheer organization; and I can say with pride that I made it.

Way to go
I did a lot of research for online closet designs. I was so happy I went with Modular Closets.Leah , the designer, was easy to work with and we kept all pieces within my budget. The pieces shipped on a pallet. You do have to take the pallet apart n organize by numbers which is somewhat time-consuming.The directions are very clear n there are online videos to help if you aren't a carpenter.It did take time to put together all the pieces n since we had steel studs, special metal screws had to be used.My husband needed a few friends to help lift the pieces to bolt them to the walls.That being said, we got quotes from several local closet design place from $5,000 -$10,000 for the closet. Our rather large closet was $ 2,700.It looks like we paid much more because, although particle board n laminates, it is quality material.

We love our new modular closet
We love our new modular closet. It's made from quality materials and easy to install. We had to modify our closet for it to fit but its gorgeous. I'm thankful for a nice space for our clothes.

The product is high quality, well made, and easily assembled. The collaborative design process resulted in a closet configuration we are thrilled with. The instructions for the corner module were not included with the materials that shipped, but customer support was extremely responsive and supplied a pdf immediately. 10/10 would recommend.
