Rachel designed the perfect Vista closet to fit my space. I am soooo happy with it! Very well constructed and simple instructions. Some hardware was missing and the company wasted no time getting the missing parts to us. I'm looking forward to doing 2 more closets with Modular Closets!

Sales members were awesome answering all questions. Service was great had some broken pieces and new pieces wrte here in no time.

Workmanship is excellent. My only problem is the design on the unit with doors. Units are no deep enough to close without jamming clothes.

Our closet is beautiful! Functional! And a space MAXIMIZER! We made a mistake measuring one section. I was prepared to pay for the section I had to reorder and much to my surprise Modular Closets had a no mistakes policy and sent the remeasured section at no additional cost. Building the closet is best left to those who are handy. I ended up hiring someone on Taskrabbit and had a great installation experience as well. Highly recommend Modular Closets to get a premium closet at a cost effective price.

Excellent assistance from Jerry to plan all details and make changes when needed. Also provided great service after the sale. I had to have the closet shipped to Hawaii which added time and $$ but I’m still very satisfied.

The closet system i purchased is amazing. It was simple to purchase, easy to install. Hardest part was figuring out where to begin when it came time to put clothing away.

The cabinets are wonderful! They fit perfectly and are of quality construction. Organizing the parts was a challenge. Some of the boxes were not listed in the instructions so you had to decipher, by trial and error, what parts go where.

Great look. Easy to construct. Install went smooth. Shippers cracked long pieces in their attempt to consolidate all on to one pallet. Modular immediately shipped replacement in an improved container. Thanks

Jerry Rosenberg was amazing. He was very patient with me and he made sure that he design the closet I dreamed about. He worked with me even when my closet was finished. During the ordering process, I reached out with a question and the person helping me offered suggestions that greatly improved our design. Unfortunately, when installing we realized that we had mis-measured the back wall, resulting in a need to reorder a fixed shelf pack and closet rods. I ordered them on a Sunday, and called on Monday to see if I could get them expedited. Clara told me that FitRite would take care of it, even though WE had mis-measured!! Everyone I spoke with was super helpful and so willing to make sure I was satisfied. I cannot recommed Modular Closets enough!!!

The product was just as advertised, and an assembly was relatively straightforward, and instructions were easy to follow. The quality appears to be similar to the bespoke closet system providers at more than half the cost. The online design tool was easy to follow and allowed us to explore multiple options before making our final decision.
