Although they didn't reply to my email for delivery of my sofa, I messaged them via shop they got back to me and and explained the delivery company would get in contact with a date, when delivered the delivery guys were fantastic, would definitely use this company again, very pleased with the recliner sofa.

I ordered a giant garden game and delivery said 3/7 days. 5 days in I didn't even have a delivery number so asked for order to be cancelled as it was needed go a party. They issued the refund via echeque which takes ages. I had a look on their website the same day and the item was out of stock which makes me think they didn't have it in stock and order it from elsewhere once you've paid for it. There's a few weird reviews about them not delivering so I think people have e had the same experience. Hopefully I'm wrong.

Cancelled my order as no tracking number had been sent after 5 days and the delivery time stated 3/7 days and it was needed for an event so obviously wasn't going to arrive in time. I'm STILL waiting for my refund as this company hang on to your money by refunding via echeques and it still hasn't cleared from THEIR bank and my refund is still pending!!

I ordered the ‘out sunny 3 ring hotplate with lid’ but my order turned up without the lid, i have tried to get in-touch through live chat and email but had no response of either.

Ordered a swing chair that was showing in stock waited until the estimate delivery time (3-7 business days) with no response emailed them a few times with no response finally had an email saying it was oversold and would be getting a refund within 10 days. Did get the refund but has put me off buying from this company again.

I’ve ordered two gazebos that have not arrived. There is no number to call. I’ve emailed three times to no response. Now I’ve received an email thanking me for my purchase and asking for a review! These gazebos are needed for a wedding in two weeks!!! Can someone please get back to me.

After sales service non existent. No help offered regarding return process. Emails not answered. Chatline not answered.

Not very happy really. Ordered a pergola, my mistake I got the measurements wrong so I cancelled the order. After hearing nothing, I emailed again which I got a reply back saying they couldn’t see that I had cancelled my order before dispatch and therefore I’m responsible for return. I have been trying to arrange my return but no courier will accept the parcel. I have emailed again to ask for help and for someone to call me but I’ve heard nothing back. I’m now atuck with a huge parcel which I can not return

Terrible service, paid for an item and was later told they had no stock - after chasing them for delivery. After 2 weeks they offered us to change colour of item, but wanted to change us extra. When I complained about that, they actioned a refund on PayPal which failed after 7 days, after several emails I e opened a PayPal dispute, they made an excuse about PayPal using wrong bank to collect refund- second refund has been actioned 3 days ago but still pending and I’m assuming will also fail. At this point they have had it money for a month or more and I’m looking at other options for action to get my refund. Absolute disgrace- do not buy from them!

Ordered a coffee table, which arrived in good time. Unfortunately it was damaged and the fixings wete rusted. I contacted the company by email, but heard nothing back. Disappointed.

Purchased 2.50m x 2.55m which online stated “suitable for 3m x 3m” pagoda. Our pagoda is smaller than 3m x 3m but the cover is still too short.

Packaging arrived with damaged box with footprints on. Inside the package with screws/etc was open with numerous items missing or rolling around in the box. The barbecue had a huge dent in the lid. Still waiting for a response to my email sent regards replacement/refund.

Really good service everything came exactly as I expected on the day it said really happy and really happy with the price which I was surprised with especially these days with how expensive everything is would really recommend
