Ordered a garden shed spent £500 odd my order got cancelled no email and no refund. Based on reviews I will be contacting my bank to get a refund.

Don’t use this company!!!! It’s a scam!!!!

I ordered a mirror from this company, paid by credit card. Order acknowledged, then next day I got an email saying they had cancelled the order, at my request and that they would refund the total to my card! I had not requested a cancellation, and wanted the item,so I re-ordered. Same thing happened again. I have - so far - been charged once, with no refund. I have had to cancel my credit card. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY - UNCONTACTABLE, UNRESPONSIVE AND UNRELIABLE

Do not order from this company.
I ordered a table but when it arrived had missing parts.
Email sent 27/08 to advise and request missing parts.
As at 03/10 no reply and missing parts not received
Save your money do not buy from this business

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! We ordered a flag and pole, the delivery came and the flag was missing and three sections of the pole were damaged, send lots of emails,No reply, so save your money and go to a reputable company, scammers.

My products were never delivered. It was such a horrible experience, they are basically scammers and we were the victims. No way found to contact and abruptly changed the status to delivered when we never received any product. Wish had read the reviews and never bought from this marketplace.

I bought an item. Part of it was missing and the part I did receive was damaged. The chat on site is useless. There isn't a contact phone number and to date I have not had reply to the numerous emails I've sent.

Do not use this company. My order has not been delivered and I have had absolutely no response or refund. The track your order link has been removed from their website since I started to try tosort things out. This is very sinister.

Do not order anything from this company I have emailed them four times and had no reply where my order is so I have got onto my bank to get my money back which is £68.99 hope I get it back

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star.
Our order delivered was completely wrong, the company is unresponsive and contactable so we are unable to get a refund or a the correct item.

I have emailed twice asking for a VAT invoice, which is a legal requirement. I have had no reply. Will try a third time.

Still no response. They are acting in an illegal manner.

19th June. Still no response. They are behaving in an utterly appalling way. Companies like this should not be in business if they can't get the basics right.

15th July. I would urge everybody not to deal with this company. By not provided a VAT invoice they are committing a crime.
I have reported them to HMRC for VAT fraud.

I order a product, they sent the wrong colour and can not get hold of anyone to issue a refund / replacement for what I ordered. Terrible / non-existent customer service.

Avoid at all cost, if something goes wrong no chance of rectyfing, geting a refund or talking to anyone even via email.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Unfortunately didn’t read the reviews before using this company. Ordered the wrong item and like everyone else, absolutely no way to get hold of anyone for a refund. All I can hope is that people read this before using the service. DO NOT USE THEM - SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!

Same story repeated by all other POOR Feedback Customers...NO REPLY...NO REPLY.
You cant get a refund/replacement/Return etc as they simply will NOT reply to you..

I have sent over 20 emails and left dozens of POOR feedback scores on Trustpilot and still NO reply,,,even to dispute my complaint or apoligies for POOR service....How many companies dont even reply and even try and defend themselves ???

Order was missing items. Have contacted customer support 3 times and had no reply. Now in contact with trading standards to take action.

I would put zero stars if I could.
I orders some anchors. Website advertised them as a pack of 12. I ordered two packs. They sent 4 out of 24!
I have sent numerous emails.No such thing as chat button. I've had no replies.
I have contacted trading standards and will take this further.

Sigh I'm going around circles with all three.
They are on all media platforms, yet you cannot get a hold of them!

The mat/rug was described as bamboo which has a natural tough & water resistant finish, however the actual material is absorbent, seems somehow processed & totally unsuitable for household wear & tear.
I have made numerous attempts to go through the online returns process, however there is no SKU no on the packaging & no invoice in the box.
Online returns page gives no option to give specific details of problem with the product & results in a time wasting & frustrating circular process. I created a customer account in an attempt to retrieve the purchase history yet several attempts to log in were unsuccessful. I also tried numerous times to contact mk on 2 on the phone no's within online page neither of which answered simply ringing out each time.
So I now have an item which is not fit for use, no way to return it after time & frustration trying to use the returns process & the loss of purchase price.
Utterly unsatisfactory experience!
Be very wary of this company's products & service.

Do not buy from this place! No physical beings actually work here, need to exchange an item and have contacted via the website, sent numerous emails, messaged on socials but absolutely nothing, no response. Not a clue what's going on but there is no customer service and zero humans behind the website
