Complete scam,
Got a tracking number, followed till delivery, which NEVER happened.
Was, allegedly, sent a replacement.
Same story, came with tracking, once marked, delivered, the item was still no where to be seen.
No Refund,
No Goods.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GRUBS.

Total scam. Tried returning clothes and 5 months later they've bounced back with no refund

Check out these guys well before your order, the scam detector algorithm gives them 21/100 and they have been flagged as suspicious, not to mention their refund policy is appalling! They prefer to offer a 20 or 30% refund rather than providing the full refund when requested. Do not be fooled, this is a company based in China with very poor customer service and accountability. I am out over $100 thanks to my lack of research. After SEVERAL emails they finally agreed to my return for a full refund, which I sent in March, and I am still waiting!

In addition to this, the quality of the goods was woeful.

I regret purchasing from this company and strongly advise others to steer clear. I’m only giving one star because there’s no option for zero. I placed an order worth around $500 for my wife, thinking I was buying from a trusted Australian website—but the product arrived weeks later from China, and the quality was shocking.

To make things worse, the refund process has been an absolute nightmare. I had to pay for return shipping to China, only for the package to get stuck in customs where I was then expected to pay more fees. Despite all this, I still haven’t received my refund.

Even PayPal didn’t support the refund, which was surprising and disappointing. I honestly don’t understand how PayPal, Afterpay, or even American Express are still working with a business like this. The product didn’t match the advertised description at all—this was false advertising, plain and simple. The prices are inflated, the quality is poor, and the return policy is completely unreasonable.

This company is misleading and seems only interested in taking your money. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Scam, Do Not purchase from this company you will be disappointed. I gave them one star as I couldn't go lower, and I wanted to put in review to warn others about this unethical company. I bought from an Australian Website, but goods got delivered a few weeks later from China. Shit quality!! Yuck!
To get a refund has been a process that is disgusting. I had to pay postage to send it to some god forsaken place in China, then it gets stuck in customs so have to pay taxes on it again. Still don't have the refund.
DO NOT USE THIS company, they are out to GET YOUR MONEY, and the PRODUCT DOES NOT LOOK LIKE IT IS ADVERTISED. False ADVERTISING, RIP OFF PRICES, VERY POOR RETURN POLICY.

Thieves!!!!!! This is a scam. Advertised as 50% off closing down sale. The "leather" bag is bought was cheap and nasty PU. Not even a decent quality fake. Argued for days to get 30% refund.

Absolutely a scam thought it was in Sydney not, the cardigan I'm sure comes from temu only offered 30% refund on something looks nothing like the picture. Disgusting the way they steal your money

Crappy, cheap and an absolute joke.
You are bullied into taking their 30% refund. I pushed back, sending them a link to this site, telling them to 'prove these people wrong' and got an offer of 40%. I have asked for their 'apparent' Australian store details and contact, which they have ignored, claiming they are Australian and Sydney based, but not actually giving me any Aus contact details, to be able to communicate directly. No Australian company would treat people in this way, they have refunded me 40% and allowed me to keep this crappy, never to be worn piece of garbage! Oh and Mother and Daughter???? For an apparent small Aussie boutique, neither of the Mother/Daughter team contacted me.
I hope they sleep well at night!

If I could give 0 I would. Absolute scam. Brought 2 carmen cardigans. Definitely not as per the photos advertised. Paid $140 and they look like $5 Temu Hoodies. Crap polyester material with prints to mimick the woven design. They have come back to me and said they will offer me a 30% partial refund. So left out of pocket

What a scam I am trying to return the bad items they say they are an Australian company , how can they live with there disgusting dishonesty just making people believe their products are genuine! What utter crap at how they are upset with having to shut down they have made an absolute fortune by being con artists, sneaky conniving human beings should be rich in monetary value but how disgraceful and despicable ! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! Their products are so disappointing! Totally different from what is in their page. I bought a bag and a set of clothes. The bag costs $79.95, sale price. Original price is $160. It says leather but it is not and very poorly made. The material is so cheap. Very light! The set of clothes is rubbish. Sale price is $69.95. Orginal price is $140. Small size but looks like XXXL, and material is like a sack cloth. The photo in the website looks so elegant but what I got looks totally different. Looks very cheap! This website is liar. Ridiculously overpriced!!! Eventhough it says it's on sale. It's a scam!!!

The PU plastic leather of the 2 pairs of boots is laughable. Sold as real leather and rugged turned out to be a lie.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM HOWEVER GOOD THE PICTURES LOOK.
And yet the boots were made 'well' for what they were, so why make them out of such crappy material?

I'm embarrassed that I fell for this scam. I bought 3 pairs of shoes and a vest/pants set. Only after I spent a good chunk of money did I find all these bad reviews. I panicked and quickly asked to cancel the order, told them straight up that I didn't want to deal with a scammer pretending to be in Australia (lol). The politely worded and reassuring response to my irate rage somehow made me even madder. I then got an email saying they are very sorry but 2 pairs of the shoes are out of stock and would I like a replacement or a refund. Of course I asked for the refund, so it was a slight win but I still had the rest of the order coming. When it finally arrived, the vest and pants actually fit me and look fine, and they have labels on them. I probably won't wear them out of principle though. The sandals are awful, so poorly made that I take 2 steps and they fall right off. I emailed them and asked to be refunded for the shoes, stating my rights as an Australian consumer that I'm entitled to a full refund as the goods are not fit for purpose and faulty. They also have no size or labels so I can't even know if it's what I ordered. They offer me a 20% refund, I refuse and again remind them of my rights to a full refund. They offer 30% or I can return to their warehouse. I refuse, saying I'm not spending money to return faulty goods and be asked to pay customs tax. They've just come back to me offering a 40% refund. I will continue to argue the point until I get my money back in full. They messed with the wrong gal.

Do not buy from this company very low quality the dress I brought I don't even know what kind of fabric it was and it smelt bad . The shoes I bought I saw on temu for $9.00 I paid 49.00 and I paid 95.00 for the dress and threw it straight in the bin . Save your money shop elsewhere.

Poor quality. I wouldn’t class it as a coat. Very thin. Their website states 1,000s of reviews from Trustpilot at 4 and half stars. Actual Trustpilot website states 2 stars!!!
