From the outset, a robust quotation and survey to the installation of a new double glazed unit within a timber framed window, maintaining the existing timber beads and finishes without damage. We have used Misty Glass before. Yet again Anthony has carried out fantastic work, going above and beyond. Work completed to a very high standard which included installation of replacement glass and complimentary reseal of the window units upstairs and down.

Professional and first class
The guys rang me to say that they were ahead of time could they come early which I replied no problem they turned up and were very courteous offering to take their shoes in house I replied that there was no need and they were clean and tidy from beginning to end, will not hesitate in using them again fist class.

Great service and company
I used Misty Glass as family members had used them before and were happy with the service. I’ve had two windows replaced by them and have nothing but good words. The communication is great, the work is done brilliantly and any mess is cleared up. Jade (the Office Manager) called to let me know when Antony would be heading over and Antony did a great job both times I used the company.

Misty experience
Anthony and Adam arrived in time, was super efficient and did an outstanding job. Replaced 5 failed units, window hinge and fixed a bodge previous installer work in 1 hour 30mins.
Highly recommended!

A job well done
They came to measure size of windows when they said they would. Arranged a time to fit them and arrived early, (after contacting us to check it was ok). It took about 1 hour to fit them. Cleaned up after themselves. What a pleasure to have a job completed competently. I would recommend them completely.
