One star is a stretch lol. Bought two lights for my Reno's. Arrived after huge delays and they are cheap nasty terribly made ones. We were wary of installing based on quality and no safety stickers so checked with the company if they had the right certification to sell electrical goods here and you guessed it they don't. It's illegal. They are selling illegal lights and lamps. I've done a report to the commerce commission. Seems that others have too previously cause if you Google the company a fair go story comes up. Don't know how they are not shut down here! Was going to cost me $60 to return to China for a refund so I didn't bother and just considered the $200 I spent a loss and a lesson to only buy from companies with the certification.

I found my experience to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Emails responding to faulty products have been dishonest, inconsistent and delaying. So much so I gave up and vowed never to go near this provider again. Under no circumstances would I suggest anyone buy a product from this supplier. I still have not had my query resolved.

Unfortunately it was too late for me. I made the mistake of ordering a couple big items. Everything you recieve will be made with cheap materials copying a better design.

Any good reviews is just them trying to claw back the numbers.

Cheap chinese products advertised as a NZ business. Nothing NZ about this business completely false advertising in their name - do not use if you want quality products. All their products are direct from TEMU, exact same packaging and product. Then have t return to China if you want a refund , shipping will cost you a bomb and not worth it. I wasted 500bucks . Dont use

Scam company. DO NOT BUY from them. Wish I had seen these reviews as well as their FB page reviews before purchasing. It clearly shows that they are not a legit company and send out terrible products for the price you pay. The dimensions are wrong and the photos are AI generated. Confused as to how Google have let them continue with this many bad ratings

This is a scam company - fake phone number no physical address They don’t reply to emails and only supplied one out of 6 lamps I ordered and then with a non compatible plug. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Have reported them to Visa and Westpac - will be following up further with IRD to flush the little f$&”ers out!

Horrible company, fraudulent and misleading advertising along with cheap products and wrong photos of the products . I ordered 2 pendant lamps supposedly from Netherlands (and lamps I was familiar with) When received were completely different than what I ordered. They were a cheap attempt at an imitation, but at the cost of $900 I have been motivated to return them. The website is misleading as to their physical address which is NOT in Auckland, however their return policy states that returns can go to the local store for approximately $25.00. Their phone number appears to be NZ based however is not a working number. I have nearly 100 email communications over 3 months. They refuse to refund unless items are sent to China. We finally relented and did that only to have the package returned as it we refused at the recipients end (Courier investigation shows this) MrLamp say it was our problem as we "didn't pay the customs fees", which of course is bogus. Then they say the declaration wasn't completed properly, which is also incorrect. They refuse to send a courier to recollect the item wanting to provide me with a 50% refund, which is unacceptable on such an expensive order. They are UK based and I have reported them to the UK International Consumer Centre. Please consider doing the same. Perhaps NZ police would be interested as well.. What a waste of time and money .

How stupid am I for not checking Trustpilot first. This company is a bunch of Chinese con-artists sitting in a room somewhere waiting for some idiot like me to order from them.
Guys this is not an NZ registered company, they've just put "Auckland" in the name because they're relying on you to be as gullible as me.
The light drop-ships straight from some Temu-esque factory in China, and that is where they want you to return it to haha.
Their return policy on their website said $25, I thought that's fair, must be an overnight courier in Auckland somewhere. But no.
NZ Post quoted me $180. I told Misterlamp this, and instead of helping me, they went and removed the $25 from their website and changed it to 'at your own expense'.

Do not buy from here! I bought 2 lamps, when the eventually turned up they were not fit for purpose and unsafe to install. I wanted to return them but was told that I had to pat the return fee to their warehouse….in china. $100 later (non refundable) and many emails Later I sent them off.

The lamps now sit in Chinese customs with Mistrrlamp refusing to contact them to get them released. Under international postal agreement it is the receiver’s responsibility to contact customs. Until misterlamp receives the lamps at their warehouse the won’t issue a refund. The most unhelpful and non customer focused company. I may as well flushed the money down the loo. Do not waste your time purchasing from here

I ordered a light that was found to be faulty, can't be hung straight! Misterlamp Auckland is not in Auckland at all so they wanted to to send it back to CHINA on my cost! 20 Euro they told me it would cost to send back...Euro what?? I am in NZ! Avoid this business, it's products look great on the website but are made very poorly and customer service very poor.

I ordered a glass animal lamp. The picture on the website showed that the lamp was made of stained glass. The lamp I received instead looked like a cheap imitation. Save your money and do not order from this website.

Sent the wrong lamp. No response from customer service. Mister lamp Auckland does not exist. No answer to the phone number. Definitely a re-shipper from China. Just buy on temu for 1/3 the price.
