SCAM. they're even faking the trustpilot rating on their website

I was sent an email by a different courier company on 27th January to say they had the goods and eventually received an email and text message 6th February to say they'd be delivering the next day. Fortunately I'm able to WFH so did this with no expectation. Received a call to say they were an hour away and a second call when they'd arrived.

The mirror is in good condition and is exactly what I wanted. That being said, the customer service from MirrorMaison isn't great. The only time I heard from them was two weeks into the new year to say there were unexpected issues with their courier service, and again after a failed delivery (which I'm not convinced actually took place) saying they'd had delivery hiccups. They never replied to any of my emails, and you cannot get hold of anyone by telephone for love nor money.

While I'm happy with the product, and was in no particular rush to receive it, I probably wouldn't order from them again. So, it's still a 2* from me

Ordered a mirror in the sales after Christmas and scheduled delivery for a Wednesday mid Jan. Received a text on the Monday to say due to weather conditions they couldn’t deliver that day (I’d never schedule delivery for a Monday - I don’t WFH beginning of the week). Received an email from MirrorMaison to apologise for inconvenience and their courier would be in touch to arrange a new date.
I was NOT contacted - they simply arranged a delivery date which didn’t work for me as I had plans. Trying to get in touch with MirrorMaison was impossible - phone calls and emails aren’t answered and when I contacted Rhenus (via WhatsApp) to try and reschedule, the website told me my order didn’t exist.
I had no belief the order would turn up today but surprisingly, received a call from the delivery driver. I explained I was still travelling home but to leave the order with the concierge in the main building. I did receive a further call from him but as I was on the train, couldn’t hear well - thought he said he’d delivered but on checking the tracking status, it’s not arrived. Don’t know why as our concierge service is impeccable - they accept all deliveries bar perishables.

If MirrorMaison/Rhenus bother to arrange a new delivery date and I receive the goods, I may update this but currently, I wouldn’t recommend buying from them.

I’m in love with my new Olessia Mirror that I ordered for my bedroom. The mirror is the perfect size and really nice quality. Ordering through the site was easy and I was contacted within the week to arrange my delivery. I paid the extra £10 service to unbox and hang my mirror too which helped massively! Really recommend Mirror Maison and I’ll definitely be using them again.

I ordered a mirror that cost £155 on 20th December 2024. Delivery date was suppose to be 6th Jan. Received a text message with my time slot 7.30am - 9.30am. It says to make sure I am as they are an independent company. Never arrived, tired to call, it disconnected, I sent couple of emails and texts. Nothing, this website is fake. I never got my mirror. I have reported this to my credit card company.

Mirror Maison use a delivery company called Rhenus. We received a delivery time from them and then a couple of days before delivery they cancelled the delivery, stating "issues with your route and we'll be in touch to rearrange within 24hrs". Waited a few days and heard nothing. Tried to raise this with MM who put me on to a WhatsApp chat with Rhenus. After a drawn-out msg exchange, Rhenus stated they could not deliver the mirror and to contact MM. Went through the 'book a call with a manager' process only to find that next call slot is in 7 days time. Sorry but no. Order cancellation process started now and fingers crossed I get my money back so I can look elsewhere for my mirror. AVOID MIRROR MAISON is all I can say. You will most likely be let down.

Purchased a large mirror. Cost nearly £200. Arrived broken.. top right corner smashed. Tried to call but their phone system is set up so you can’t actually speak to someone. You can only book a call with a manager. Tried to do this but nothing available for over three weeks. It is a shame because this lets their whole business down. Have sent an email with pictures of the damage but have little hope of an actual reply anytime soon. The irritation itself is fairly well made. The frame is sort of ok… but the corners don’t meet perfectly. All in all it is a budget mirror that arrived broken and it’s not possible to speak to a human to resolve. To this end I would not recommend this company as their after sales is non existent which feels like they have put zero effort into looking after their customers.

Bought a mirror online, an extra large mirror which arrived broken. Easy returns form completed and replacement arrived within one week. Arrived and unwrap by delivery team,all intact, excellent. Had to add one fixing to those supplied then easy to hang. Looks great Great service before and after purchase.

Avoid this company at all costs.
Purchased a mirror for £145 on 23rd August. The mirror arrived smashed, I asked the company for a replacement and to collect the smashed mirror. 1 week later, I called customer services as nobody had acknowledged my return request, they apologised and advised they would send a replacement straight away. Again, 1 week passed with no mention of a delivery date, I chased again, after numerous emails to customer services I was told that the new mirror had apparently been smashed in transit and was now out of stock, they offered me an alternative but advised the original would be back in stock soon, they promised if I could wait they would deliver the new mirror and collect the old one by a certain date and issue me a partial refund for my inconvenience, this date has passed and I have emailed customer service twice to chase this up but have received no response to my emails. It is now 3rd October and I still do not have my mirror after spending £145 and hours of my time chasing it up. The customer service is appalling and it seems that when you do speak to customer service they just fob you off and tell you lies.

Ordered a mirror using clear pay. No confirmation from merchant and when trying to speak to the company no one answers the phone - tried calling for 2 weeks

Ordered the Midi mirror for my at home dance studio and I could not have been happier! The quality of the mirror is fantastic and the team whom helped me with the order were efficient and professional! Highly recommended.

Oh dear! I’m trying to contact this Company for similar reasons. Want to return 2 mirrors - asked for someone to call as I may want to order bigger ones…no reply and they do not pick up the phone. Might be following in your steps …

This Company are terrible, I ordered 2 mirrors and paid over £580, after 7 weeks, one arrived and it was the wrong the wrong size, I told them I did not want the other one and they were to collect the one I received and issue a refundjust about to take them to SMALL CLAIMS COURT.
