The only reason it received a four is because they sent the wrong installation kit. Other than that, it is very good. I am very pleased with it.

I originally bought a unit off of Amazon who royally screwed everything up, including never receiving my item • after I waited over a month. Then I found MiniSplits4Less • same unit only less expensive • my only regret is not knowing about them sooner! 5⭐️’s

I was impressed with the unit customer service and quickness, and only purchased one unit. The delivery was flawless, and unexpectedly better than I assumed. I have 2 units more to replace, and I will definitely be purchasing from minisplits4less again for these 2 remaining units.

Everything was easy and good response and shipping speed. Only thing I would say is a weakness is the lack of protection in shipping. If it were an additional cost option you offered your customers for extra layers of protection around the unit I would be interested what you might charge for that.

I've ordered multiple times from here. Ease of drop off with a lift gate is awesome. Supply houses just have their brand they can sell, here, I've been able to get exactly what my customer wanted.

MiniSplits4less always does a great job. From custom jobs to fast shipping, always great. But if I could suggest, rather than South East freight, use Fedex. I've had issues including extra fees due to using the lift gate. I wasn't at home, the driver used the liftgate and they sent a bill for over $500 MORE for shipping than was quoted. Fedex delivers with no issues.

Everything about the process was simple and easy. Customer service is fantastic. Jenny is very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions with ease. I live close enough to pick up my purchase of the Cooper & Hunter Sophia 9000 BTU 115V system, and the crew at the warehouse was very nice and well organized. Highly recommend. Also, my installer was so impressed he is going to buy one for a different client. I can't believe how quiet both the inside and outside units are when on!

I ordered a replacement remote and it arrived a few days later. The remote works as expected.

My mini split order arrived undamaged, quickly. While it was inadvertantly shipped with the wrong length line set, Jenny had it replaced promptly with the correct size. Excellent customer service more than made up for that slight installation delay and the effort it took me to ship the wrong part back. I will order again from Minisplit4less.
