I had an issue with a kilogram of mimosa hostilis that I ordered and received, so I contacted customer support. Without any pushback, they immediately offered to ship a replacement kilogram, a $212 product, which is not inexpensive. They even upgraded the shipping to UPS so I would receive it faster than the standard USPS method. That alone shows how seriously they value customer relationships.

I order from this company monthly, and their response to this situation was easily 10/10. Most companies give you the runaround when there’s an issue—Mimosaroot.com did the opposite. No arguments, no excuses—just a full replacement sent promptly.

I’ve ordered mimosa hostilis from nearly every major supplier, and Mimosaroot.com is hands down the best supplier, best-priced, and offers the best customer service I’ve experienced. This situation clearly proves it.

This bark sucked very low recovery i have purchased 4 k twice and recovery rate sucked I am basically out 12 hundred bucks not sure what they do to the bark but something is going on way less than 1percent return and unless something changes I will never get from them again. Keith flint

I always had wonderful experiences with them until very recently from the last 3 orders I received from them. All of these incidents taken place from early June of this year.
FYI: I always order 2 kilo at a time. I also never mix the contents in my bag together.
The first order, the bag was great. Then when I start using the second bag, that's when the problem arise. The quality for the second bag were trash. Don't get me wrong, I did yield a lot from it but there was Absolutely no potency.
I reached out to them, they offered to send me replacement. Great. But the same thing happened with the replacement. One bag is great but the other one absolutely trash. So I'm starting to see a pattern of hit or miss
The very recent order is a whole another different ballpark. When I was trying to pull, all the fuel look black!!! Never have I ever need to go through so much trouble.
I reached out to them. I offered to send the defective ones back to them hopefully they can figure out what and where it went wrong. But they just offered me a refund.
I am not happy about it. Becuz I want to continue to buy from them. And now I have to tell all my friends to watch out for their quality. This is not the result I hope for.

This is the only company I use. Great product great customer service. I've only had one delivery issue and they made it right. Product speaks for itself there trustworthy I never have to worry about getting burned or the quality it's always consistent. I highly recommend this company. I honestly suspect these bad reviews are competitors trying to steal some of there business. There the most professional and trustworthy source that I have come across I don't go anywhere else. The quality is truly amazing!

Got a couple kg in less than a week turnaround, mail is running slow here but it came in really quickly. Looks good too.

When i made the order everything went very smootly. And the next day my parcel got shipped.
I didnt check the reviews first..... as i came here, i have got a bit sceptic about the site as the rating is not very good, i dont know for what reason.
So in a little bit of panic i started to write email to see if i get an answer.
I have got the respond a little slowly but it was middle of december so everybody is busy this time.
Koen replied me and told that my parcel is on the way but it has no tracking so i calmed down and after a while (2 weeks) i have got the package.
The information on the website is confusing as the process is different what they are stating there. Some times mimosaroot.com takes you to its twin site (brazilianbotanical.com) which is strange too but it does not make a difference of the shopping experience.
I dont know why there are the bad ratings!?
My experience is absolutely positive.

Never got product just runaround never got refund don’t use scam

Updated again:UPDATED :Hold on a minute. I'm putting this out there because I have r no idea what's happening but I wanna warn people.

Placed order and sent cash app. Was shipped February 20th.Waited a couple weeks, I was given updates and tracking number promptly. I checked tracking daily, from Germany to New York then all the way across the country to California. On March 3rd, Sunday, it was in my local post office at 6:45 am. It was sent back to L.a To customs where it sat for three weeks and I could not get any answers about it.

Long story short, the business attempted to send me 3 packages with some shipping issue happening every time and the tracking number not being updated anymore. Eventually, they refunded my money and sent a4th package...
That never arrived.

I was really pleased with the customer service. They responded promptly, were apologetic, and we're helpful. However, the business didn't do the most important part of it's operation: get me the item I purchased. So instead, I just was out that money for 3 -4 months, and never actually got what I decided to purchase and send my money for.

A real bummer.

After the last review, and getting refunded my money, they did successfully get a package to me and free of charge. I am considering using them again due to supply waits elsewhere. If I remember correctly, the largest you can order is 800g of dye, which definitely isn't ideal for me. But I wanted to correct my review before I order again because I realize if they were having issues they probably keep suffering because of people not revising after they make it right. It took several months, 4-6, but I got the product and it was exactly what it was supposed to be. Customer service was pleasant, and they shipped it free of charge because of the issues early on. That's good enough for me to give another try. Here we go!

Not going to lie i was reluctant to use these guys after getting scammed by mimosarootshop.com. for 150$. My order never changed from prosessing. Mimosaroot.com made contact when i asked questions. My tracking was uploaded and i have been watching it up til departed from queens ny. I havent got my order yet but something is on the way from them and i expect it to be exactly what i ordered. Ill let u know if it is wrong. The shipping takes a while to update at first but once its in usps hands it updates regularly. There are a couple sites that try to mimic mimosaroot.com page looks exactly the same. They are scammer sites. If they only accept cash app or crypto be weary cuz they scammin. Okay so I am back and I have notice that my order is about to arrive today, therefore this is the most speedy and reliable site for mimosa root! I am overall impressed by the communication and ease of the process with the staff. It only took like 8 days total to get here! I am a very happy customer. 🙂

Hello, 3 days ago, instead of Dodge Coin, I transferred bitcoin for you to exchange, but I bought it. Dodge reached your wallet. I have inventory, but the next day I did not receive anything.

Made an order to Poland(PL). Communication was fast and efficient. Response rate between (1-3) hr. Fantastic Company. Utilizing DPD the shipment came in about 5 days. The quality of the product is worth the affordable price tag. Would recommend it for new buyers.

I ordered 1.830kg of root bark it turned up within 2 weeks excellent condition will never be using another vendor staff are friendly and helpful, I’ve had a all round really good experience with them

As a huge fan of the colour purple I wanted to try dying some old bedsheets and it works a charm. They refunded the shipping fee as it was slow to arrive, but it wasnt even their fault. I would recommend these guys as they have some of the best prices in the industry!

Order #20526, order #21254. This may be a USPS shipping scam that delivers to the wrong address in the same zip code. They mailed 1/2 pound on order #20526 of a 2 kilo order (4.4 pounds) to my address. Order #21254 which should have 3.9 pounds was mailed to a different address and refused by some stranger. I will keep you all updated if this turns out to be an honest mistake or a complete scam.

UPDATE: The post office screwed up the business is legitimate. They are sending me more as an apology. I have yet to test the product, I will get back on that.
