I've ordered several times, & on my most recent order it seemed like the weight was off. I emailed, & Josh sent me more than the amount I believed was missing to make up for it. Ultimately I found that I was the one who made a mistake, but when I went & owned up to it & tried to return said extra, I was directed to keep it, all was good.

People leaving 1 star reviews about low yields & bad customer service must be doing too much, letting brain damage post negative reviews instead of excepting maybe, just maybe, they made a mistake. My yields have all been ABOVE exceptional, & the service speaks for itself. True Story

I don't I don't usually write reviews too much but I do have to say that this company is very professional the way they send the packaging is very professional it's in a mylar bag where it's very nice and sealed up. They do ship fairly fast I mean it wasn't like 2 days like some people are saying it was but it was probably close to like maybe 3 to 4 days. Their price is pretty on point although you know it is more for the other more refined stuff but that's to be expected I guess. Last time I worked with the product I had made a small error in my processes and had ended up with the wrong final end result not the seller's fault the completely my fault I have since then refined my process and I feel comfortable going back and getting more product to redo and start again knowing what I know now and then we'll come back and update about how the product was as I had recently got some bark from a different vendor and the results from it were very very disappointing and not very quality or potent. Being that I didn't get to try the stuff last time that I ordered I'll be excited this time to be able to try it out and see how it is I'm going to order some today.

btw: none of my messages are hostile in any kind of way. They didn't do exactly what they said they are gonna do.......is to ship out the product.
to make long story short, whatever u are saying are a pile of bullshit!! I saved all of our text messages.
Josh doesn't want to own up to his mistake.
I pointed to him how his words were contradicting. I threw his words back at him and pretty much made him look stupid. he didn't like it.
at the end of the day, I was like just send it whatever is done is already done.
he perceived it as hostile. I swear to God I thought this was a woman I'm dealing with.

he got so upset how I was able to shut him down......I wasn't being disrespectful. he decided to take it upon himself to retrieve the package from the post office. I DIDNT CANCEL THE ORDER. He took it upon himself to cancel the order and refund me the money.

it took him and his buddy exactly 6 days to refund my money from PayPal. it was the weekend and he doesn't know how to do it. So even after the weekend him and his buddy still couldn't figure out how to do it. I used to sell online and used PayPal........is really not that hard.

once again, they insisted on cancel my order and refund my money. and he didn't send out the package at the time he was supposed to.
all I told him were if I don't receive the package at certain day, that will be the first and the last time I will buy from them. That's how everything went down.

What I liked was the quick response to my questions as a first time buyer, they were quick and polite and made the whole experience a pleasant one

I received an email confirming my payment, then a few hours later I received another email with the tracking number, really good customer service

When you pay with a credit card, the transaction is processed in Mexico, a bit strange but it works fine, i have paid with paypal in the past but they didnt have paypal available when i placed my last order. ALL IN ALL, good quality and fast shipping.

Full on scam, stay away. Don’t fall for it

MHrbUSA.com has provided quality products multiple times in a timely manner. Its the only supplier of Mimosa Hostilis that Ive found online I feel I can trust.
Given the product restrictions surrounding Mimosa Hostilis, my initial order was small, as to minimize loss if the site turned out to be fraudulent. After a minor business investigation, I was comfident the site was legitimate and at the very least could follow through with my orders. Later I was pleased to learn how committed to assisting its customers they were.
I had a little trouble with how the credit card processing procedure was played out. I sent an email describing my issue. Sooner than I expected, Josh got back to me and helped make the transaction happen. (They’ve since change that procedure)
Later, I emailed Josh about tracking info and before I sat up from my desk chair he had responded with tracking info and more.
Josh and I have developed a business relationship and now communicate directly. Ironic how skeptical I was at first and now I feel I have the ear of an inside man.
