Great company!! Staff were punctual and polite. They took really good care of my furniture, we're extremely conscientious. We had new flooring down in our new property, they took off their shoes everyone they come in.

Would highly recommend this company. Maya was amazing and worked with us at every stage. The team who collected our stuff and delivered were also amazing. They protected everything and not one thing was damaged or broken. They were work horses.

Although Kamal and Joy were helpful when it came to actually booking our removal. Due to disability this was a necessity moving! They damaged my old and new home full of scuffs, dents, which I had to foot the bill for, and have a massive crack down the centre of my brand new TV cabinet. Was told I could claim through their insurance and after 2 months of back and forth was just told they won’t pay out anyway! So I’m at an extreme loss, would never use the company again and advise anyone to avoid as although they protected the furniture and wrapped it it still managed to have big dents and obviously doesn’t protect the inside of the property when they so carelessly whack everything. Appalling customer service and refuse to rectify issues they caused, adding to the stress I definitely did not need!

Fantastic company stuck with me for months and having to constantly change moving date.
Thay went above and beyond on the day and nothing was too much trouble. Cost of moving abd storage was amazing.

Mimik did a really great job with our long distance move. The estimating process was very thorough and service was very flexible to our needs. Mimik offered to do our move from Farnham to Manchester over two days vs one national company that insisted it would take four days - you can imagine the cost difference. The contract was god, no long list of penalty charges, and no need to pay everything up front before actually moving! The loading team and trucks were on time, everything was handled carefully with a smile. Unloading the next day also went very smoothly, despite the rain. A very satisfied customer who wished this young company every good wish.

The day before we were due to move the lift broke down in our block of flats, we contacted Mimik Removals and they made us feel at ease immediately and found a resolution in no time.

On the day Chandra and his team were polite, courteous and did everything they could to make sure we were supported in our move. They were so upbeat it calmed our nerves and had us excited for the move ahead. They all went out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed for the move and were timely and efficient.

We didn’t get our keys until 4.30pm but this wasn’t an issue for Chandra and the team who assured us that the time wasn’t an issue which really helped us.

When we got to our new house I was disappointed to find the previous owner had left a bunk bed attached to the wall meaning it would cause an issue moving in some beds. Without hesitation Chandra removed the bed from the wall and took it down for me. I was so grateful for the help and support.

We will definitely used Mimik removals when we next move and will also make sure to spread the good word about the team. We are so grateful to have had you as part of our journey and will never forget the help you gave!

This company is the best removals that I have ever used - and I have moved a lot! We included the packing service and they were amazing! The teams were engaging, friendly, respectful and above all, kept all of our things safe.
