Milton's St Johns Liverpool. I came in the store about 6 weeks ago after the passing of my beautiful mum. I was buying my last gift off her which was quite an emotional time for me. Rachel was the assistant that helped me choose a diamond cluster ring for myself and 2 diamond eternity rings for my daughters. Rachel was patient and so helpful and so nice she made my experience at the store as pleasant as it could be for me at this time. I would like to say a big thank you to Rachel for her patience and kindness that she showed me. She is a credit to your shop.

With their strict policy, shopping at Milton Jewellers meant my having to travel from France, to personally collect any item I wish to purchase. But the assistance and support from Milton Jewellers prior to each visit have made every journey enjoyable and worthwhile.

The manager at their Liverpool Store, Mr Nick Bailey, responds timely and professionally to every email enquiry I make prior to my visits, no matter how trivial or irrelevant.

On one occasion, when I was all booked to travel by train from London to Chester to pay for and collect a diamond ring, I was told at the 11th hour, that they could not resize the ring for me. On closer examination, the store discovered that it had already been resized once before.
At this stage, I have come to trust Mr Bailey sufficiently, so that Milton Jewellers could easily have sold me a lump of plastic and billed me for a 1 carat diamond ring. 😂
I was very touched by their honesty.

Recently I was at their Chester store to pay for and collect another 2 items. When my M&S Credit card was repeatedly declined, there was not the slightest awkwardness from the staff. Only concern and willingness to help.

As pubs and fish and chip shops are closing down in every town, let's hope this enchanting family run business continues to service those of us who want to own some of that bling, but cannot afford to do our everyday shopping at Cartier or Boodles.

NB: And if you are lucky enough to get a valuation for your item, it is a well structured forensic document detailing every aspect of your item. Not just 3 lines on an A4 sheet of paper.

Lena, who served us, made our experience very special. She was knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant and very easy to talk to. She was not pushy and she guided us through our choices. Her advice helped us make the right choice and we found her a delight to deal with.

Lena at Birkenhead provided a top class service. Knowledgeable, patient and personable. Very informative and had a 'nothing is too much trouble' approach. Refreshing. Thanks and I will visit again.

My husband and I bought a ring from the lovely Sharon today. She was so friendly and kind. Even gave us a bottle of wine to take away as I had to leave the ring there to be sized. A very thoughtful gesture.

Popped into Milton’s jewellers in St John’s precinct today to look at some tennis bracelets. I was helped by Janine who showed me some tennis bracelets. I decided to have a lovely sparkling one after trying it on, I knew this one was for me. Thank you Janine, can’t resist coming back again for jewellery at bargain prices!

Rachel in St John’s was really helpful and patient. She found lots of rings for my wife to look at and must have spent the best part of an hour doing so. My wife eventually settled on one that needed some slight alteration. Rachel checked this could happen and rang us to confirm that it could. A really pleasant, very patient and helpful lady.

My partner bought this gift for a Xmas present,the sales assistant Janine was excellent as she remembered us from few months before were we had both bought chains for each other,but today Thursday 28.12.23 my xmas present has has fallen off my wrist, wil be taken it back first thing in morning.
