Mark (Birkenhead) is a lovely, polite, chatty and friendly staff member. Very helpful and pleasant and it was lovely to walk in a be greeted by his lovely smile. He doesn’t make you feel rushed and is happy to help!

My girlfriend and I visited Miltons Jewellers in Liverpool city centre to look for an engagement a few weeks ago. Lindsey served us and she was very obliging. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she helped us pick a beautiful ring that was in our budget. We will be back there shortly to buy wedding rings as the customer service was phenomenal and prices are reasonable. Highly recommend this jewellers!

I needed a valuation done quickly so contacted Milton’s on Church Street. I spoke with Kay, who talked me through the process and arranged a time for me to call in. Kay was able to do my valuations in good time. Kay was professional, knowledgable and happy to share her knowledge. It was a very positive experience at a very stressful time. I am grateful for Kay’s support in this and would not hesitate to return to Milton’s either for purchasers or valuations.

Bought our wedding rings from Miltons 26years ago.

Recently went in to St Johns Liverpool branch to get mine reshaped (damaged it in door), resized and polished. Also polished my wife’s at same time.

Both rings now look like new again

Served by Lindsey and Pauline. They were both lovely, very helpful and amazing. Also the gent and lady who sorted the rings in the workshop. They did a fantastic job, and turn around time and quality was superb.

I saw a ring that I wanted (certainly not needed!)
The staff were patient with me as I tried to decide which of the 2 similar rings I wanted. Eventually I chose the slightly more expensive one, that also needed resizing. This was done within the price, and I was able to collect the ring 2 days later.
I got a certified diamond and platinum ring from a leading jeweller-David M Robinson-for more than 50% less than it would cost to buy new. I don't think I'll ever buy new jewellery again!!!!

Bought two rings from Miltons Chester at an excellent price and couldn't be more pleased. The staff were friendly, very patient and not at all pushy. We deliberated over a couple of days and they were happy to set the items aside in their safe until we had decided one way or the other. Special thanks to Becky and her male colleague in particular (apologies, can't remember his name) who were just great. Once we had decided to proceed to purchase Miltons took care of the required re-sizings very quickly and at no extra cost. The complementary bottle of Champagne we were given when we collected our items was the perfect finishing touch! A fantastic experience all round and would have no hesitation in recommending Miltons. We will be back.
