Friendly help to order in a riding hat, and then to send it to the shipping agent. Even ringing me back to verify the address. The box has arrived safely in Nairobi and my grandson is anxiously waiting to open his present.

Additionally I am unable to visit the Millstream Saddlery main shop so l rely exclusively on their live sales or purchase from their on-line shop. Any items I’ve ordered are exactly as described and their after sales care is top notch.
