Scammers. Their cases dont look like how it is displayed in the website. They provide the most cheapest quality cases. Extremely poor quality. Not worth the price at all.

This company is absolutely pathetic and scammy.
Once you pay, they won’t respond, and they’ll even block your number if you try to contact them.
They take your money and vanish. Don’t be a fool — don’t get trapped.

The replacement process must be improved. It took 2 months for my product to get replaced.

I bought covers from them which I did not like after i returned to them with great difficulty and after that they stopped replying and kept the money and the covers also.. I had a very bad experience with them and now I am going to complain in the consumer court, please don't buy.

This level of irresponsibility and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. Customers should not suffer like this after paying their hard-earned money. I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from Millian Cases.

Order Google pixel cover but wrongly placed 9 instead of 8. Email sent 8th Nov with same day received. After 2 days they responded asked Picture of the product received sent all but now I am reporting this 14th Nov so far no action for exchange and refund. Not a professionalism of Million Kart

I ordered via Instagram and received the case very delayed due to Diwali. The product received was per quality but I don't know how it was not compatible with my phone. Finally I got a phone number on my invoice and they helped me right away. Sorry to say but my friend were able to convince me that I have been cheated. But you proved them wrong and Millioncases is authentic and real. Few suggestions below to make it more trustable.
1) Your BOT on WhatsApp needs an update it never connects to an agent/representative/human being.
2) Your toll free number starting 1800 is non-functional, kindly look into the same and get that fixed.
3) The number mentioned on the invoice is working and that is authentic.
Rest you are doing great job and keep providing quality, customer service will eventually get better day by day. Appreciate your help.

Superb service and best response for the team for my samsung 23 utra brocken case

Bought phone case for ₹698 on COD, ofcourse got the product but it was cheap replica of the original phone case, probably a phone case which we can buy under ₹100.

Even there Google reviews page is deceptive, which in first look seems if they are getting 4.8 rating but actually they have only 3 reviews and none of them is positive.

After getting duped, I found same phone case is listed by Millioncases on amazon for ₹299 🤬,that too with bad reviews.

I ordered a case, got delivered the wrong one, so i called the customer care and wrote email for 3-4 days but I got no response (they don't care) so I put a negative review here on 30th and guess what they called me immediately and made me believe that they will get the wrong case picked up and I can get whichever case I want in return without having to pay any amount. After the wrong case got picked up I've written at least 10 emails, and called the customer care number for 3-4 times a day since 1st November. I've got no response(obviously). Even if you get your order delivered correctly in the very first time (chances are pretty small) these cases will look horrible in less than 3-4 months after using. I trusted them twice, got cheated twice. Don't make the mistakes I did. Don't waste your hard earned money in these shit cases(shit people). So I don't think I'd get any case or the 1100 rs I paid for that matter. the So they are just horrible people selling the most basic cases for minimum of 1000 rs with horrible customer care service and they will cheat you sooner or later which is basically a scam..
