Recently I buy a cover for my 17 pro and and the cover quality is amazing i am not expecting this but I got the amazing quality and design.

The case I have recieved fits my phonecase perfectly. It matches my personality. I love my phone's makeover! Lol.They guys have their Buy 1 Get 1 offer when i purchased that, its genuinely worth the value.

I usually don’t order parcels from random places, but I decided to try this one. At first, I was a bit worried it might be a scam, but thankfully, that wasn’t the case at all.

After placing my order, I contacted customer support a couple of times via call and email to check the status and see how responsive they were. I received prompt and positive responses every time, which really impressed me.

Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely consider ordering again.

I had a very bad experience with Million Cases. I ordered a Black & Grey Dark Smoke case, but they delivered the wrong product. I returned it, and they sent the wrong product again. Even after multiple complaints, they repeated the same mistake for the third time.
Their customer support is very poor. They keep asking to select another product instead of resolving the actual issue. They also don’t respond properly to emails or calls.
It has been more than a month and my issue is still not resolved. I am still waiting for either the correct product or refund.
Very unprofessional service. I do not recommend this app to anyone.

I purchased a case for my 16 pro. Trust me guys the quality they are providing in such balanced prices is unbeatable.
Also the support team is very good. I just called the team just to know the status of my order. Within a min got the tracking link again which had given me earlier as i didnt noticed that.

The quality of covers is genuinely outstanding. Loved it.

I have received the case in a bad condition. The gold paint is peeling off and a part of the back side of cover also has come out. I tried sending an email to the support team. The email has bounced back saying the email doesn't exist. The contact number is not answered.

My experience with Million Cases is pathetic.The covers which are shown in the site are very flashy and seems to be good, but on ground, in reality the mobile covers are very very cheap and substandard. We got a mobile cover with a much delayed delivery after repeated calls and on opening the item we were shocked to see the poor quality product. Their return policy is also pathetic, it is almost past two weeks now and till date they have not responded to my return request and I think I will have to bear the loss. I would sincerely suggest to everybody, not to buy any of their products and absolutely boycott the company.

I got my LV case for S26 ultra and it was amazing thanks for million cases to full filling out wants

My experience with this site is worst

Please do not order from the site..
first they asks you to pay total amount online only then one of their member calls you to confirm the address .

And when delivery person comes to your given address he says you have to pay extra 400 for surprise gift

When I haven’t paid additional 400 on delivery then the delivery person said return krdu fir Aarya refund 20-25 din mei toh !

And when I called the helpline no. They are saying your order is already been dispatched and you have confirmed the SURPRISE GIFT to your order we have recording !!!

Meanwhile over mails complaints no one sent me the proof .

They are actually charging the delivery charges!!!

After mail they sent me 4 numbers to contact

No one is refunding the amount
No one is sending me the parcel again

I have blindly paid 872 only while it was showing 999/- and there was written no extra charges .

They are looting you
I have received 10 calls since 3 days and no solution has been given
They are asking the same questions you have added the surprise gift ! Blah

No one is refunding the amount nor they are sending the parcel again

So this site is very disappointing and disheartening.

When you order something you genuinely eagerly waits for that parcel

But they being playing smart not sending it to the address not refunding my paid amount

So Do not order from this site !!!!!!!!!

The seller sent me the wrong product. After I returned it, they accepted the return but have not provided any proper update for the past 10 days. They keep repeating the same questions (send the snapshot from our website of the product u want and that i already attached in my first email) without giving a solution. Extremely poor customer service. Worst seller – do not fall into this trap.

Such a very bad experience with this site they send us different products if you buy samsung s25 ultra cover with RS.2500/- they send you xiaomi phones Rs. 100 cover and if you want to return the can't receive any return request and not accept also that they send product is wrong very bad experience strongly recommended that don't buy any products on this sites

The product that you'll receive is nothing close to what's listed on their website - horribly poor quality, very different from the picture on the website. Basically the intent is to fraud and misguide customers. I have pictures to show the difference between what I'd ordered for vs. what I received. I got no refund rather store credit but there's no point because now I know the articles/products are all going to be the same

The product delivered looks nothing like what was advertised. The quality is extremely poor, and the customer service is deceptive and unhelpful. This feels like a clear case of misleading customers.

Costly million cases & breaking frequently

In the last 2 years I had to purchase 3 nos of million cases for my OnePlus 12R as at different interval it cracked & opened from sides joints.

So almost incurred ₹3900/-.

Now I purchased a Flip cover costing only ₹ 250/- from Amazon and very confident it will lost long & will be a better option than horrible costly bad quality Million cases.

There is no return on defective piece in million cases.

Very bad customer care service.

They demand 5KB size video as proof of defect which difficult to make in just 5KB.

Horrible but clever company. Not customer friendly at all.

Your product is very attractive and good looking also made trending product. And your team is also very helpful.
