It was a good start with Miller Metcalfe but as time went on the service deteriorated. Roxy and Thomason were great with communication but after a long process was asked by MM to exchange and vacate my home in a week, when I said that’s impossible I was asked why? I agreed with the buyers 3 weeks. Still a challenge but we did it.

The whole process has been stress free my home was sold within 24hrs with excellent service and constant contact from roxy and amy.would definatly recommend miller metcalfe bury.

Worsley branch. Would be here forever explaining all the issues we’ve had with them for a very long time. To cut it short, they were useless, we did most of the viewing ourselves, most of the time they didn’t have a clue what they were talking about, they were constantly passing on incorrect information, they sided with our buyers who were clearly telling us lies throughout the whole process and making our lives extremely stressful, the attitude of some of them was rude. I can bet my life most of them having never personally experienced the selling/buying process so cannot understand or relate to anything you’re going through. Customer service, awful. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. That’s what we’re doing.

Update: proof of their couldn’t care less attitude due to generic response to review. Would have be nice to have received a personal response/apology due to all the issues we had. Amazing how quick they can reply to a bad review. Shame this wasn’t the case when it come our lives being effected by the sale of our property.

Helpful team - despite a lengthy process. Chloe at Miller Metcalfe Bury looked after me well. Was stuck in a chain for 6 months, but Chloe kept chasing and was very helpful. It was worth the wait in the end.

I can’t rate the Bolton team enough, especially Shakira. We were buying our first home and didn’t really know what to do or what to expect. Shakira and the team were always easy to get in touch with, really helpful and reassuring, always replied to our emails. They couldn’t do enough to help us, even talking us through things our solicitor should really have been explaining. Buying a house in the UK is a stressful experience, but having such good communication from the agent was so helpful.

We have recently moved from Bolton to Yorkshire from the valuation to the completion tbe staff have all been lovely great commutation and keeping us up to date with the any changes always available to to our calls if we need to asked questions especially Katie chritchely a credit to miller Metacalfe would recommend

We have used Miller Metcalf in the past and been a great experience. We have just recently sold our property and again great experience. The whole team are fantastic. Would definitely recommend and use in the future.
