One of the four items I ordered was out of stock. Very disappointing at first but their customer service crew member Victoria Mansfield was brilliant. So helpful and caring. Went the extra mile to make my experience the best it could be.

The company communications were clear…
The company communications were clear and it was easy to order and receive the table I had ordered. The console table looks amazing up but the reason for 4 stars and not 5 stars was due to a several marks and scratches on the console table and legs. Plus there was a chip on the wooden divider inside the table. The legs of the table seem to be wrapped and are quite shiny not matching the colour of the top of the console table.

On checkout this time it states if I pay £43 or more then no delivery charge will apply.
I did but was still charged delivery??
So I cancelled the other items.
