I am extremely disappointed with this company. When I entered my code, it was rejected. After contacting customer service, I was told they could not assist because they believe I purchased the wrong meter account. I explained multiple times that I entered the correct meter number - I can clearly see it saved on my account and it matches the number on my card. I verified it several times. When I requested a refund, they refused and insisted the issue was my fault. It's obvious something went wrong on their end, yet they refuse to ackbowledge it and continue blaming me.

My electricity went off on the very day I moved into my apartment, so I contacted Metro Customer Service. David, the staff member who assisted me, was extremely helpful. He stayed on the line throughout the entire process and ensured everything was resolved before ending the call.

I purchased online at 3am on the 20/11/2025 when I went to use my card on the bus at 8am it said no tickets had to spend £4 to get home and then tried to use in the evening again no tickets yet how ever long it takes to actually be able to start using it you could loose 2 days travel as it goes from day of purchase and not when activated needs to be date of activation not purchase
