Great service. Great support. The cable was run wrong during initial install but fixed.
My service has been good except for the many times I have to reboot to access the internet. Depending on the weather I have to reboot every 5-10 days.
When it worked in recent years it was good. Dependability was less of an issue as in the past but still not without problems. Certainly better than in the years prior to 2022
although i called when they were closed. They received my message and took care of the issue.
They've always been very helpful over the phone or in person and the speed is just fine for our needs
Great service when it is working right but frequent speed losses that require rebooting the router
As far as tech support they have all been great and solved the issue which is usually telling me to reboot the router which should not be happening in a reliable system
Best service I ever had. Moved to another rural area and I couldn’t get a signal. So had to go with another company. They overcharge and service is t as good. I’ve recommended Mercury to everyone
Pretty much on top of things. Seems to be working nicely. No real problems lately.
I would suggest use an answering service
for after hours and weekend calls. Calling
and getting a recording of the workng hours
really help to see if there is an outage4 or
my station acting.

Mercury broadband is great - fast and reliable. Their customer support and installers are the best.
Customer Service workers are great. However, repeated interference issues. The credit process for down time was not the best. It also took nearly two months to determine the actual issue. Now that it is up and running, I still hear others in the house state it does not work for gaming 85% of the time. I have had these services for over a year now.
Just the fact that the internet always works and you guys are awesome on customer service.
