The customer service rep. was able to help me & answered all my questions. Would recomend Mercury Broadband to all I know.
We’ve used mercury for over a year. And 2 months ago upgraded to their fiber optic service. Super happy. Service is great, their tech and install guys are great. Couldn’t be happier
I had a stroke last July. So, no one was here using the internet. i was in the hospital for 7 weeks then to a nursing facility for 2 months then off to 2 rehab centers. Most of that time I wasn't conscious and didn't have a phone. So even though my contract with Mercury was on a month to month basis I was charged over and over. I had a guardian during that time, it was her duty to act as my fiduciary. She did not do that. Mercury still charged me wrongly for those months , wrongly ignoring the fact that I had a monthly................contract that should have been canceled after month 1.
We had it installed in March 2024 and before we had Fronteir and if anyone who lives in the country can relate it went out almost every week,with Mercury we so far only loose service once a month probably due to updating the systems, we stream and have devices that need WiFi and no lagging or delays, so except for the beginning of the month we really appreciate Mercury's service.
That the system has been up and is reliable. As you probably know this was not the case early on about a year ago when it was terrible thanks for making it reliable now.
Have been very pleased and impressed with customer service.
We have enjoyed Mercury Broadband internet. There's hardly any buffering. Shows come through nicely. We just really like the service.
Since installation of Mercury Broadband in March of 2024 I have had no issues with service or use of this service. When I needed help with the use it has only been a phone call away.
We had a lot of issues at first but the last year has been great.
After calling for help several days in a row, with loss of internet. Logan was sent out he replaced the router. So far everything is working well.
All in all the service is not bad. I still have trouble with it dropping the signal now and then.
I was promised a visa gift card for signing up and did not receive it. I called and spoke to a representative that gave me another phone number to call that was a recording!!!! YOU CAN'T SPEAK TO ANYONE
Things have gone wrong well over a dozen times, probably 2 dozen. Have spent well over 15 hours on the phone with unhelpful agents, one of them extremely unprofessional, to the point I filed a complaint. The agent I filed the complaint with told me a supervisor would call me. I never received a phone call. So, I reached out again and spoke directly with a supervisor who told me the complaint somehow got closed minutes after the agent logged it. The supervisor offered, after I requested it, some meager amount (maybe $25-35) to compensate for the numerous times my internet has been down and the months where it was so slow I couldn’t load a webpage on my phone or stream anything (this was over an approximately 6-8 month period when I first began with Mercury). After the complaint, my service came back and then went out again just a few days later. The last agent I spoke with apparently is one of the few who give a darn about serving the customers who pay for your jobs, and thank goodness. He sent a technician out and my internet has worked steadily since (roughly 2-3 months). To summarize, my experience has been horrible and I got so stressed out over calling over and over with no real solutions, I gave up for a period of roughly 6 months. I would recommend potential customers avoid you if there is any other internet provider in their area. You guys really need to get your sh*t together.
We lived out in the country and were able to have great service when most companies wouldn’t service our area to begin with. Anytime we had difficulty with our service , customer support was easy to get ahold of and were able to help us quickly.
