I have had very few issues with this card. But, the few I have had the customer service was very easy to reach, no long wait, extremely professional and knowledgeable agents. The immediate impression you have is that they are eager to serve you. They empathize with the customer, and I have had 100% complete resolution of my personal account issues.

I used my Mercury card out of town for the first time and I automatically received an ALERT for Fraud. I appreciate that they are checking my card to make sure it was not stolen. I received my card in a timely manner and have been using it since. Thank you Mercury for taking care of your customers :)
