I cannot log in to my account
I cannot log in to my account. I have called and the gentleman could not resolve the issue. He said someone would call within 2 days to help me. It has been 2-3 weeks. I would really like to be able to see my account balance and be able to pay on my account balance even when a payment is not due.

Not sure if I would recommend or not
I was really liking this card. The app is easy to use and I love the points and that I can use them towards Amazon purchases as well. However, they keep putting 10 day holds on every payment I have made. Taking the payments without updating my credit amount for 2 weeks. I pay my statement in full every month and on time. Unfortunately, this is making me very nervous to continue using this card in the future. I'm beginning to lose trust in this company.

Disappointing Promotional Offer
I signed up for the Mercury Card partly because they offered a promotional incentive of what I believe was a $100 Amazon gift card. However, when I finally tried to redeem it, I was told it was no longer available.
It's frustrating to be offered an incentive to sign up, only to find out that you can't actually use it. I expected better communication and transparency regarding the offer and any expiration dates.
Overall, this left me disappointed and feeling like the promotion was misleading.
