I ordered 2 queen size throws both arrived within the week,I was really so nervous of how these would turn out,I had nothing to be be nervous about they are stunning ,lovely quality exactly what I ordered, I’m beyond so excited to give these to my best friend & niece for Christmas. I ordered a photo blanket for my sister's birthday and I was over the moon with it. I wanted her to have a snuggly hug of love so it had all our family on it. Mel's website makes it so easy to create and the results are amazing. The blanket is super, soft and the images are so clear. My sister loves it and I will definately be ordering from Mel again. I ordered a blanket and when it arrived there was a problem with it which wasn't really their fault. I emailed memories by Mel and they immediately said they would send out another one which they did. Such good customer service. Fantastic quality blanket as well

I emailed them 2 days after I ordered to see if there was any chance I could pay extra for express shipping. I received my blanket 2 days later!! Absolutely amazing service.

I recieved my photo blanket today and I am over the moon. Well worth every penny, it's amazing quality. I wanted it for my husband going in for an operation and was worried how long it would take. From ordering to receiving it I was so surprised it only took just over a week. Brilliant service.
