This is a brilliant idea, but it is full of glitches. I had a todo list that reappeared EIGHT TIMES after I deleted it, and even though I keep asking the Memorai team to help they seem unable to. As a result, I’m constantly given reminders from a year ago on my phone. It is absolutely infuriating. I think there’s some rip-off going on here whereby they take subscribers money and then just collapse in a year. It seems to me there is no intention to get it right. Such a shame.

This app simply does not work. If you ask it to remember a list, it forgets things or gives you half of the list. If you ask it to give you your upcoming calender events, it misses one of your calenders. Then it says cannot connect.

It is sooooo frustrating. One to avoid!

A lot of potential, but simply falls short. I tried a super basic reminder to drink water every 3 hours, between 9am and 9pm, with a clear and simple message, and it simply doesn't follow the instructions. It sends reminders every 3 hours regardless of the hour, with a generic message, not what I told it (multiple times) in the prompt. Not to mention, it's not as instant as you'd expect. Due to technical limitations, it sends the reminders at :03, not at :00. How do you expect it to be this game-changing all-in-one productivity tool when it can't send a basic, two word message, every 3 hours

Quite frustrating to say the least

Memorae tenía una idea excelente y durante un tiempo funcionó muy bien. Era rápida, sencilla y fiable. El problema es que, desde las últimas actualizaciones, la aplicación está fallando en aspectos que no son menores.

Una cosa es encontrarse con pequeños errores puntuales que puedes entender y reportar.
Pero otra muy distinta es que la app trastorne la hora real de una cita, confundiendo la hora del recordatorio con la del evento, y eso te lleve a presentarte a una cita a una hora equivocada.

Eso fue exactamente lo que me ocurrió, pese a haber introducido la información correctamente y por escrito. El resultado: desplazamientos innecesarios y pérdida de tiempo por un error que no debería producirse en una aplicación de recordatorios.

Además, los fallos no son aislados:

- recordatorios que no se envían cuando toca,
- avisos incompletos,
- horarios modificados,
- necesidad constante de verificar si la app ha hecho bien su trabajo.

Y cuando tienes que comprobar manualmente cada recordatorio, la aplicación deja de cumplir su función.

Es una pena, porque el concepto era muy bueno y antes funcionaba de forma impecable. Pero a día de hoy, hay que usarla con mucho cuidado, porque los errores ya tienen consecuencias reales.

Can't cancel and its now billing me. I still can't cancel. Have to get my bank involved.
The system is down and I cannot access.

I started with a free trial and, as I wanted to check more features, I upgraded. Unfortunately, only on paper and in my bank account. The profile says I have upgraded, I was charged and got a receipt. But in practice I am still on the basic plan. I reached out to support and they told me my case "needs a deeper technical review, so I’ve escalated it to our engineering team" and this might take a few days. I now asked to cancel my profile and get a full refund.

Great customer service. Signed up with an alternate phone number that I use for websites, but didn't realize that it is the same number used for WhatsApp. Sent them 1 e-mail and they had everything sorted out and without any follow-up. Great trial price and very helpful as an entrepreneur on the go -- always have things to remember that I often forget to put in my 1 of 5 different "to-do" lists. This eliminates that!
