Thanks for your feedback and patience whilst we looked into this for you.
I see that we did visit as scheduled and assessed your lawn. Unfortunately as your grass is extremely overgrown, it requires a clearance first before we could cut it ourselves on a regular basis. We did email you to explain this on the day, so I really apologise if you did not get this through and so weren't aware - which sounds like the case.
Please do get back in touch if you have the clearance done and would like to proceed with a regular cutting service.

Unfortunately really poor service.
I deliberated for a bit and chose for the convenience. My first cut was confirmed and as promised they arrived and contacted me.
I did not need my cctv to see what was done. The lawn was strimmed (dare I say it was not very long) and the trimming were blown into the hedged and plant area around the lawn.
I proceeded to advise and was told to keep carrying on to see if it improves on the next cut. When asked about the cost to cancel, they were unresponsive.
I hope to be able to cancel and now £22 out of pocket for a 40m2 strim and poor service. I strongly do not recommend.

An absolute nightmare
An absolute nightmare to pause or cancel the service. Their website makes it impossible for you to complete either of these actions. They ignore emails and continue regardless.

Great service and wonderful team
Booked up online for a first free cut and had a few visits since, fantastic service and lovely guys. They've been extremely helpful, working around me and very polite. Exactly what I need to cut my grass and no faff. They've used mulch mowers which encourage grass growth and I can the see difference already!

Brilliantly easy service, no fuss, fantastic.
No need to constantly try and book for someone to come. Every 2 weeks, mowed and the garden is left so tidy.
