Everything went to plan. The lawn is already looking much better.

My first cut was quick, efficient and the young man was very nice and friendly. I had over-estimated the size of my lawn so now paying less!

It's a sad fact of the times that one is surprised when someone turns up when they say they will and does a good job. I've had to give up lawn cutting for a while due to a health issue and responded to a flyer through my letterbox. As promised, a very polite and local young man turned up the next day very promptly. We briefly walked around my garden and he reassured me that there would be no problems. 90 minutes later all done. An excellent standard of work.Well done to Megamow for spotting a need and providing the service.

I cannot fault the service at all from the initial query on “could they cut the grass this week?” to the follow up emails and the grass being cut.
Billy did turn up the next morning as promised, he is a lovely guy, clean, polite and listened. He has done an excellent job and it already looks better than it has in a long time.
Customer service were also great, my questions were answered and follow up emails received in a timely manner.
I cannot fault any part of the service, and have no hesitation recommending MegaMow.
Having them take care of the lawns going forward will make life easier for me and one less thing to worry about. I just wish I had used them sooner!

What a great initiative!. Since we moved to the area we have had trouble finding a reliable and regular gardener. The lawn is always our top priority. Now that we have this service in place we can enjoy our garden always looking its best. They arrive every two weeks and are done in less than 30mins. We have a side access so they do not need one of us to be around. Just drop as an email letting us know they are coming.
Most of all, it is now much cheaper than employing someone by the hour/job!.

Highly recommended.

Very unreliable service and disappointing customer service. Was expecting my first cut yesterday which I paid for and scheduled weeks ago and the company didn't turn up. No phone call or even a number I can ring them on. I rec'd an email at 8.20PM saying they ran out of time and can't come and they will come the next day. Unacceptable for them to assume they can just turn up whenever they want without checking it's convenient and even more unacceptable for them not to turn up when they've been paid to turn up. I have not been offered any compensation for the missed cut either so just not happy with MegaMow service.
The introductory free cut was good, however, if you don't sign up for regular weekly or biweekly cuts they charge you for the free cut and they are quite expensive. (45 minutes work was £44)

They turn up when they want to turn up. If it's not convenient and you rearrange, they will still turn up when you asked them not to. I'm new to the service and can't say I'm impressed. The guy who cuts the lawn is good but not the customer service.

The young man who cut my grass did it really well , did his job properly.

Professional company that do a good job. Love that they just come in, mow and go! Highly recommend :)

I have had a good experience so far. Trial cut was done the next day for free as promised. Every other week they turn up without fail and mow the lawn. If I do not like the cut (only happened once), I contact them with pictures and let them know and they take care of it and listen to my concerns. They are responsive and always reply to my emails. I have recommended them and will continue to do so. Only negative is the communication is only via email and sometimes would be quicker to call in but can't. I guess that is the case with a lot of providers these days so not a deal breaker for me.

Megamow administration rearranged the day and time of my first cut to suit me. Michael who cut the lawn was polite and informative, explained exactly what he would do, worked hard and ensured that he cleared up. I have rated it 4 star rather than 5 as it was only the first cut of a subscription and therefore early days

The three people we have had so far ALL listened to our requirements, met them in full and ensured that everything was in order before leaving. Very impressive and an exception in these days of rushed jobs.

After paying the subscription of £44 2 weeks later I am still waiting for someone to come and cut the grass. This is nothing but a con and I will be taking this further
