All very straightforward and easy to access treatment. The treatment was excellent and the straightening of my finger has made such a difference. The follow up with the physio was great and very beneficial in completing the treatment and use of my hand.

Hi I cannot fault medbelle as a company I had an op in Turkey that went so wrong that I was left with disfigured breasts, I thought there was no hope but Mr yapa fixed my breasts and was honest from day 1 2 months after op and I am so much back to myself what an amazing bunch of people

After struggling for the last few weeks with my knees.I contacted Medbelle, Mr Paddy Banville contacted me who is a patient care advisor. The operation is to be at the Circle Health Group Alexandra Hospital at Cheadle Cheshire. The consultant Mr Phaltanker. A consultation with Mr Phaltanker took place on 02-01-23
He would arrange a date and time for the operation.
The operation to take place 25-01-23. 07-00am. The length of time in hospital which would be 3 days. After this I would have 5 physio sessions to be arranged.
I had an epidural injection into my spine, I went into theatre at 9-15am came out at 10-20am job done.
All the staff that looked after me were brilliant.
I was released from hospital a day early 27-01-23.
Paddy rang me every day to see how I was coping.
I had an appointment with Mr Phaltanker on the 24-03-23 at the Alexandra Hospital.
I can honestly say that was the best amount of money we've ever spent.

Jack Smith, my Orthopaedic Care Adviser, phoned frequently and regularly to answer any questions I had. He also provided an excellent link between me and my surgeon, Mr Bidwell. The Care Adviser service was a very comforting and reassuring addition to my surgical experience and one which I greatly appreciated. Jack Smith was a credit to the service.

What a beautiful company! Seamless support throughout my whole surgery journey, Cameron was fantastic and took care of everything in a speedy manor. I felt supported and safe. My surgeon Mr Asmat Din was remarkable. I wouldn't change anything about my process and I would recommend Medbelle to anyone considering surgery.

Chloe at Medbelle was so helpful. And, always available to talk to. My appointment at the Schoen clinic was arranged swiftly with Mr. Cummings who is a spinal orthopedic consultant. He listened, explained, and was very caring, and gave me hope that he understood my problem and he could help.

They were very helpful throughout the treatment.

Courteous, prompt and efficient communication. Some confusion regarding one aspect of a questionnaire which resulted in a delay in submitting a request for an Xray which had been undertaken a few days earlier.

My experience of Medbelle has been very positive. I first met Mr Din simply to get options for excess skin around my upper eyelids. At that point, this was about me investigating if I could have faith in him. He was professional and honest but not in any way pushing me to have surgery. I felt I could trust him. Laura was very helpful and kept me informed and answered any questions I had.

I went back some months later to advise Mr Din that I would proceed. Pre op information was clear and I approached the hospital full of concerns as planned, maybe not concerns but fear.
Staff were friendly and Mr Din saw me and I suddenly felt safe again. I was worried about being a whimp. The procedure took about an hour and everything Mr Din told me might happen did, so no surprises.
Pain relief and ice pack mask provided and after two hours,I was on my way home. Nicky I think took out my sutures and she was lovely.

As a nurse, I know what good is and they were very good.

I can’t recommend Mr Barnes and Katie at Medbelle enough. From start to finish they have looked after me. Nothing has been too much. My op went so well and I am absolutely delighted with the results!! The whole process was so easy and I haven’t had any pain whatsoever. The after care was exceptional with constant contact with Mr Barnes and Katie and instant replies with any questions. Its been life changing and I would recommend Mr Barnes and Katie at Medbelle to everyone. I know two friends who are already booking consultations based on my amazing results. Thank you!

An excellent service from start to finish. Mr Monk my surgeon, went above & beyond his duty of care to give me confidence when I needed it & it worked. Daniel my point of contact at Medbelle was exceptional at guiding me through the jargon. Gold star service.

Had my surgery a year ago in March and recovered quite well from it.

I haven’t given five stars because the experience in the hospital I had my surgery in was not the best,due to a lack communication and diligence my first surgery at the hospital was cancelled as I was being prepped !
The aftercare from medbelle and my surgeon has been excellent.

I was put in touch with Medbell through Mr Monk who operated on my hip. My contact was Paddy who kept in constant touch with my progress and was most helpful throughout. The gift box which arrived on my return home was very much appreciated and a very thoughtful touch. I informed Mr Monk of my positive experience with Medbell and hope he will continue to recommend to future patients.

10/10. The patient care advisors were amazing. Mine was called Katie and she was always there, responsive and sooo quick to help/answer qs on WhatsApp. They’re super knowledgeable and the communications between medBelle and the clinic were so quick! Had such a good time with these guys. Would recommended!

I wouldn’t recommend medbell at all, I had an arm lift procedure and my results was awful so I had to undergo an revision even then I was left with horrific life changing scars that as a result I can’t even wear a T-shirt anymore! I had to go to another surgeon for a second opinion and even he agreed that my arms looked bad but he also said he can’t say much as the original surgeon is his colleague that he sees everyday and it will put him in an awkward situation! ( so there was no point of that second opinion)
Even though I explain this to maya ( medbell) she honestly couldn’t care less and after emailing the final decision that they are not going to do anything about my arms I had to call her in tears and all she did was repeat herself and rudely tell me she will hang up as she has a meeting!!

I would NOT trust this company at all!
They have taken my confidence, my self esteem and my happiness away from me.

She found me the perfect surgeon for my needs and has been with me every step of the way with advise and support. She sorted out every detail from booking my surgeon to surgery dates and appointments.

After meeting him for the first time he knew exactly what I wanted to achieve through my surgery. He put me at ease and we spoke at length about the procedure. Again, he has been so supportive and helpful. I can honestly say after making one of the biggest decisions I have ever made I was nervous excited stressed but everything was taken care of, I didn’t have to worry about a single thing all appointments were taken care of, I had lots of confidence with this team because I would have phone calls just to check on how I was how I was feeling if there was anything else they could do I would highly recommend going with this team if you want a to feel at ease.
