Genuine and professional service . Excellent surgeon

Incredible experience , I would like to thank you Lourdes that has been genuine and made me feel very comfortable since the first call!
She never pushed me and she gave me time to process all the information.
I had a Brachioplasty and liposuction at the Cadogan clinic in sloane street with the amazing Doctor Manat Khatib, he understood what I wanted and he made me feel comfortable.
It has been 3 month now, this is a beginning of a journey that we have started together .
I would definitely recommend . Thank you again

Since the first e mail I felt home

Since the first e mail/ call I found the approach with the Medbelle team very genuine , caring and professional.

My journey would not be the same…

My journey would not be the same without The Medbelle Team and specifically with Lourdes. She was with me from day one until now and we are still in touch.She is incredible and I feel safe to discuss everything with her.She help me to find my surgeon Mr Manaf Khatib who perfectly understand what I want and who is the best of his work. Mr Manaf Khatib help me to make one dream to come true and not give my nice looking outside but help me to feel nice in my skin and have more self-esteem.I can’t find the words to explain how much tankful Im to all people involved in my journey.

Great experience from start to finish

Great experience from start to finish, very happy with results,
Very good communication with my patient care advisor from initial conversation to check ups after the procedure. Also very happy with the results. I would highly recommend!

I found Medbelle online then Cameron guided me through the process and introduced me to the surgeon Mr Jagadeeson for a consultation. Never a hard sell just the right amount of reminders to keep me interested. The surgery went well and I am pleased with my facelift

Hands down the best!!!

Hands down the best company. I recently had a breast augmentation. After wanting the procedure for so long, 9years later I decided it was time and was the best decision. I researched my surgeon prior and opted for Dr Din and the reviews were not wrong. He was personable, knowledgable, reassuring and made me feel like I was making the right decision and made me feel comfortable immediately. My patient care advisor changed a few times but all of them were just is good as each other and i finally ended up with Grace who was so patient and helpful throughout. The day of my procedure went as planned and I was looked after so well but the nurses. My follow up has been just as thorough and both the Dr and patient care advisor have ensured that I am being checked on. Despite the expected pain i'm over the moon with the results and if anyone were to ask where to go for such a procedure it would be here!!

OK so where to start

OK so where to start ! I contacted medbelle in November 22, for a consultation for breast surgery, they were fantastic at this point, put me in touch with a lovely surgeon Mr yappa, so it was decided I'd have an uplift and augmentation, at this point I paid a deposit, and was given a date of 4th of febuary 23, saw Mr yappa again, in January decided on size and what exactly would happen through surgery, again I can't sing enough praises for this surgeon, so now full amount was paid !total £8000,
So a week before surgery a nurse contacted me for pre-op tests, I went to St johns and Elizabeth in London, where surgery would take place, on the form it said how was I paying for surgery, I said it had been paid !
On the way home I got another call asking how I was paying Again I said it's been paid,
The nxt day another call asking the same question, at this point I rang medbelle asking what is going on, as I'd paid in full a month ago, so that seemed to be sorted, now a day before sugery I still had no time slot, or any idea what was happening, I had a nurse from the hospital telling me just turn up on the day for 7 am, baring in mind I had to fast and no drinking for at least 8 hrs before sugery ! At this point it's 5pm, so trying to get in touch with them was a joke, so now I'm on the phone to medbelle in a panic, to this point they had to contact the surgeon Mr yappa ! So at 19.30ish I had a time arrive at the hospital for 11, now all this went very smoothly, surgery went well , albeit my blood pressure was high ! I wonder why !
So would I recommend MR YAPPA without a doubt ! Fantastic surgeon, follow up yesterday 4 months later ! That should of been 3 months, again had to chase medbelle about that !
If you ask me I feel like they got the money held onto it until the last min, and that is what caused a lot of the problems, as for the hospital it was like Peter didn't know what Paul was doing,
At this point I would say if you can go direct to the surgeon definately do, you'd save a lot of money,

10/10 would absolutely recommend!

As a whole my experience with Medbelle was great.

My experience with Medbelle was for a breast reduction and lift at 21 years old, I went from a 32G to a 32C.

From the first consultation they contacted me to get feedback right away, I explained I didn’t feel the surgeon I met with met my needs and I wasn’t keen on moving forward with him. My patient advisor at the time arranged for a second free consultation due to my reasoning and i met with Mr Din to move forward.

From the moment I met Mr Din I was assured he was the best match for me, he listened to all of my questions and concerns, always giving professional and honest advice.

I felt assured and confident throughout every appointment with Mr Din. He wanted to understand all of my expectations and gave me frank and honest feedback about what I should expect and what was realistic for me.

Leading up to the surgery, both the medbelle team and Mr Din contacted me regularly to check in and make any necessary arrangements e.g. pre op checks and making sure I had the right post op garments.

As a whole, the surgery went extremely well. The whole process was incredibly smooth and in my experience, mostly painless!

I found both the surgery and aftercare to be seamless, I was treated with respect and cared for very well. My surgeon spoke with me before and after my operation and even called my parents after the op to assure them all was well.

I personally didn’t experience too much pain in the aftermath and found my recovery to be quite quick overall.

I would absolutely recommend the service as well as my surgeon.

The only issue I experienced was in regards to appointment confirmation details. I believe this was due to the hospital rather than Medbelle as once any issues were raised, my patient advisor would explain that they don’t have access to the hospital books, they liaise with the hospital to arrange them for me. Any issues in this regard were resolved by Medbelle fairly promptly.

I found the price to be very fair and would honestly recommend Medbelle to others in my position. As a young woman undergoing surgery I felt looked after and feel incredibly pleased with my results.

I’m now 6months post op and my scars are fading quickly, my breasts overall appearance now being so much better, smaller and perkier. It’s done wonders to boost my confidence and really help me to love myself more.

Excellent Experience!!

Lourdes and Mr Barnes were always very welcoming and accommodating to all my needs. If I ever had a question it would be answered immediately making me feel at ease about my procedure and aftercare. I always felt very well looked after and still do months after my procedure.

I had a otoplasty with Mr Fattah and my personal advisor was Laura , both was perfect couldn’t have wished for a better experience. I was educated about everything and any questions or concerns I had were answered within a day by Laura. After care was also excellent Laura checked in a few times to see how I was doing. Would definitely recommend medbelle😁

My journey through first having an MRI…

My journey through first having an MRI to be connected to Medbelle and then surgery has been amazing.

My patient advisor, Pat, has guided me through every step of the way from first getting the results of my scan to choosing the nearest hospital to my home and the best surgeon to deal with an arthroscopy on my left knee. Pat is a very kind and understanding young man and nothing was too much trouble. He kept in touch daily to make sure I was totally happy and that there were no problems. After surgery he found me a Physiotherapist whose patience and exercises are working wonders for my knee.

My Consultant, Mr. Tibrewal, put me at ease right from the start and explained exactly what he would be doing and the outcome I could expect after the surgery, all of which I fully understood.

Would recommend Medbelle 100% and would definitely use them again in the future, should the need arise.

Professional, hassle free, and great communication

The experience was professional, hassle free, quick and provided excellent communication between surgeon/ health professional and patient. My patient care advisor was always free for my questions and queries and Jamie Barnes (my surgeon) was super clear and made me feel super Comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience from first consultation to post op appointment. I never thought this process could be as easy as they made it.

Breast augmentation with mr adel fattah

I had a breast augmentation via medbelle with surgeon mr adel fattah,and it’s the best decision I have ever made, I have the most natural looking breasts with barely visible scars and the healing was very quick an surprisingly not very painful, I can’t thank mr fattah enough for the confidence he has now given me and for listening to what I wanted an making me feel comfortable the whole way through.The staff at medbelle were always available to answer any questions I had,I also had a lovely personal advisor named Lourdes who stayed in touch with me via what’s app and phone calls,from the moment I booked a consultation right through till today 7 weeks post op.
