Patient care advisors were very helpful at the beginning of my journey, and throughout until the very end. Great price and great service. Very organised, and matched me with a great surgeon.

Meant to review Medbelle sooner as I was so impressed with them, but I guess life just got in the way!
I had breast reduction surgery in July 2022 and the Medbelle were brilliant from start to finish. I had a wonderful consultant Anysia, who was my main point of contact through out. Anysia was so kind and informative and made me feel secure in making a very big decision. I was pretty nervous about my procedure at times (breast reduction) so having someone easy to communicate with and always available to chat with was extremely comforting through out the whole process! Secondly I expressed my reservations about surgeons, as I had found it hard in the past to meet a surgeon I felt truly comfortable with, but the surgeon Medbelle recommended for me was really incredible and exactly what I needed.
Everyone’s surgeon and hospital allocation will likely be different, but in my case they were both absolutely fantastic. (My hospital was Nuffield, Highgate).
I’m pleased to say my surgery went really well and the Medbelle team were extremely caring and supportive afterwards with regards to aftercare. I would highly recommend Medbelle if you’re looking to undergo surgery!

Medbelle was recommended by my surgeon, Mr. Iain Packham at The Nuffield, Clifton, Bristol.
This was my first experience of this type of financing for medical care. Not only was the advice and guidance very helpful but the regular contact with the Medbelle team throughout the entire pre-op and post-op period has been excellent.
This, combined with the excellent medical care, has made the whole process far less stressful for me.

After Mr Thompson (the consultant ) recommended Medbelle everything was organised for me by Bethany which went very smoothly. I found Medbelle to be a very efficient company to deal with any problems or anxieties were dealt with promptly by Bethany would definitely recommend

Medbelle proved to be very supportive throughout my whole experience , always contacting me weekly in order to see how I was progressing following my total left hip replacement. Grace and the team were first class with levels of guidance and communication throughout.
Medbelle was recommended to me via my surgeon Mohammad Faisal and Medbelle saved me several hundreds of pounds.
Mr Faisal carried out the Super -path technique (minimum invasive surgery) which meant I personally was back to a normal life style following just four weeks since the operation ie swimming, gym , yoga etc.
I thoroughly recommend this surgeon for any hip or knee surgery.

Outstanding Ankle Replacement Surgery.
After much research I eventually opted to use Medbelle services to help me select a surgeon to carry out my Ankle Replacement surgery.
This has proved to be the best decision I have ever made, I was assigned a patient care advisor- Pat O. Whom from the start of the process to the end has been in constant contact either calling me or vice verser arranging consultation appointments, hospital operations, follow ups etc. Pat has made this potential stressful experience seamlessly easy. No stone has been left unturned. No request too much. A credit to Medbelle.
I had my operation at the Nuffield Vale hospital done by Mr Rhys Thomas who was fantastic, he made me feel at easy and his confidence in his ability shone through. The operation went extremely well, the facilities at the hospital are excellent, the staff are outstanding to the last.
I cannot recommend the services of Mebelle and Pat O. Mr Rhys Thomas and the Vale hospital enough.

I had great support pre and post surgery. I had regular phone calls, they found the best physio and liased with my surgeon, Jonathan Monk as well. When I did have to pay bills direct to hospital, money was quickly reimbursed.
I would recommend Medbel to anyone

Medbelle made the whole experience of having my hip replaced as easy and stress free as possible from start to finish.
Pat O, my Medbelle consultant was excellent throughout being very professional but also friendly and approachable and has continued to make sure all is well post operation.
I used The Saxon Clinic and had Professor Pearce perform my replacement op and I cant speak highly enough of both.
I have already recommended Medbelle's services to a close friend.

I wrote a review detailing how much I went through with my breast reduction surgery.
The dr told me there was nothing unusual and it was common for the stitches to start to come out from underneath the skin, leaving me with multiple persistent stitch abscesses.
I felt completely unheard throughout the process, spoken down to and told it was all normal.
This was August 2022…. I am still experiencing pain, unsightly swelling and redness in areas, I’m unable to do the swimming I used to as the stretching hurts. Red lumps appear in the scars.
I’ve not been able to wear a normal underwire bra since.

Please, whatever you do, go elsewhere because this has ruined my life.

Excellent support and professionalism from Bethany my patient care adviser throughout my pre and post operative care following Total Shoulder Replacement.I have had regular support and advice by phone and email which has helped me tremendously throughout this time making me feel I had somebody I could talk to outside of Doctors appointments about any problems or concerns I had and I thank you.I would also like to thank the staff for the excellent care I received from all the staff at The Nuffield Hospital Clifton Bristol and also my excellent surgeon Mr Packham.

I needed treatment that I was unable to wait for on the NHS so I requested to be contacted by Medbelle they assigned me a person to liaise between the private hospital and myself. They kept me informed all the time and arranged all the consultantations, my operation, and even my physio they were amazing. I paid for everything in one payment so it was easy, all I had to think about was getting myself well again.

The Team, including Mr Bhattee (a brilliant experienced surgeon) and Ms Bethany (Patient Care Advisor) listened and provided excellent advise on my options prior to my knee replacement surgery. Thanks to Mr Bhattee's surgical knowledge and expertise, my knee is now (after just over 4 weeks from the procedure) painless and my walking has improved to the levels well before arthritis took control. Post surgery, Bethany maintained regular contacts to ensure my recovery is progressing well. It was a pleasure to discuss my recovery with Bethany whose caring attitude did help me.
This patient/care Team interaction was much appreciated and warmly received. Long may this continue.

Medbelle dealt with my hip replacement operation, my patient advisor Kurt was great, always on hand to answer any queries and dealt with any querie quickly.

Also my surgeon Mr Iqbal done a fantastic job on the operation and i am no longer in pain and can walk again.

Supported throughout by a personal support worker Kurt McKinley, who was always on hand if I had any queries, who phoned regularly and sorted out any issues immediately. My Surgeon Mohammed Faisal, was most informative on the process, kept me informed throughout and performed a brilliant operation. Mr Faisal's secretary kept me informed at every point, giving me complete confidence in the whole process. Medbelle was a complete package so I knew exactly what I paid for and there were no additional costs. Thank you. Highly recommend

Mr C Evans was efficient, charming, skilled and very positive. His anaesthetist equally so and very reassuring, too. A great team.
Kurt was a regular considerate support throughout, especially when there was initial queries regarding Nuffield/ Bupa/ Medbelle systems re payment. Hopefully these admin blips can be resolved.

From the first contact I was immediately put at ease with the process of payment and treatment, all appointments were followed up with a call to see how things went, and everything ran as smoothly as I had hoped.

From beginning to end Medbelle have been excellent. Information has been provided fully and promptly, and any problems such as incorrect invoicing (from the Hospital) dealt with swiftly and efficiently. My personal care adviser was Kurt Farrell McKinley who has been great - always helpful - and who phoned me several times after the surgery to check on my progress.
The surgery provided was for a total hip replacement under Mr Ashwin Unnithan and he too exceeded all my expectations...after six weeks I`m back to normal.
I would be very happy to use Medbelle again and would recommend them to anyone.
