Finding a suitable property overseas is a daunting task, but thanks to Miguel we have found somewhere we love and he helped make the end-end process totally smooth.

We’ve had an excellent experience with Miquel, as well as with Easyrelocation. From the moment Miquel started working for us to find a flat in Setúbal, he was excellent at communicating. He responded quickly to questions and anticipated the available properties, with the result that after two and a half weeks we were able to sign the lease in Lisbon for a beautiful flat. Miquel also took excellent care of arranging the electricity, water and telephone connections. In short, Miquel is highly motivated and efficient, and excels at communication. He was knowledgeable , efficient , honest in his opinion of properties and services , and endlessly patient ! Miguel was responsive and helpful -- he walked me through apartments so I could see them virtually, he translated documents so that I could understand them, he arranged for my utilities to be set up in my name before my arrival and he has continued to answer questions and address concerns. After nearly two months of frustrating delays in my D7 visa application process—caused largely by unresponsive and inefficient agents from Remax—I was fortunate enough to come across a listing on Idealista posted by Miguel Carvalho. What followed was nothing short of a game changer.

From the very beginning, Miguel proved to be incredibly responsive, professional, and proactive. I was searching for a rental remotely from abroad and needed someone I could trust to help navigate the process. Miguel arranged a video viewing of the property and provided honest, clear feedback that helped me make an informed decision.
