Do not buy from this company. My parcel arrived very late, and the size is wrong. The company have consistently ignored my emails trying to return my item.

My good god. Can't believe I fell for this as I usually check on this website first before I order anything from anywhere. When I first went into the site there was a message explaining that following the death of her husband from cancer she was selling off all goods and closing the business. I ordered an item, and as soon as I pressed pay I just knew this was a scam. The fact it says London on the website but it is in fact operating from Columbia says it all plus reading the other reviews. DO NOT ORDER!!! CAN'T BELIEVE THESE SITES ARE ALLOWED TO EXIST

Scam company. Nearly a month after ordering it still hasn't been dispatched. Asked for a refund only to get sucked into endless emails confirming they are "checking the status of my order from their distribution hub before they can cancel it". Clearly a shell company that they slightly change the name of once the get enough bad reviews.

puchased a pair of £49.00 western cowboy boots looked so nice on the picture although I understand pictures are for guidance only when they arrived looked nothing like the picture very cheaply made had snags on each boots and even visible glue on both heels basically not worth the money, upon providing pictures they agreed they were not to standard and asked how we can resolve after asking for a full refund upon return of goods I was offered to keep the boots and a 20% refund, I replied i dont want the boots they arent well.made and not worth the money again requested a refund was then offered 30% and told to keep the boots and they said this was all they could do as I would need to pay for international tracked shipping and also a restock fee? why would you restock a damaged item so all.in all im left with boots I wont wear and a 14.38 refund shocking avoid at all costs!!!!

They also go by Marberry and Sorbury London. I had an email asking me to confirm their "warehouse picture" which is just another image I reverse image searched on multi other websites including Temu, Amazon, Ebay etc.

I therefore in email asked for cancellation, the purpose for their first email was claimed to be a check before dispatching. They confirmed they'd cancel and do the refund, 3 hours later got an Evri notice to say expecting a parcel from company "GB" and then followed up asking them to confirm cancellation. Got a follow up confirming, but next day a "manager" claiming i need to cancel in 30 minutes of order despite a day later me getting the email asking to confirm the "warehouse image" was a expected before dispatch and that they advise i now accept the parcel and should i still not want it to through normal return process.

They have an endless "ends today" sale and the same fake "trust pilot review" image at the top. Take a look at every item, same small images of reviews for the item, dev tools on website confirms it is an image. Also every colour and size of each item will claim the same number of items left in stock. Reverse image search any item you will find them on Walmart, amazon, ebay, temu and so on.

Sadly it looks like once they get enough bad reviews they close down and make a new website with similar website architecture and design.

I have to wait 15 days, but will be raising this with my credit card for full refund. I have also raised with ASA I UK and unscammed in America given thats where their claiming to be registered. The website was only opened on 12th September 2026 as per AI search.
