Website chosen for name, the Silentnight Clara memory foam mattress was on sale for less than half price and free delivery! I could easily track my order at every stage, was telephoned on day before delivery and given an am/pm window . Delivery was professional and the mattress lives up to my high expectations.The memory foam layer is luxurious, the mattress really firm and supportive.If I have a complaint it is that my old bed base needs its legs shortened -- the mattress is so thick and springy my wee legs have trouble reaching the floor.

I'm very happy with my new mattress, great quality, comfy and great value!

Iam very happy with the quality of my mattress. The delivery men were very helpful, ringing an hour before delivery and taking the mattress up my difficult spiral staircase without any complaints.

I ordered my mattress online and The transaction went smoothly . Despite being informed that the carrier would contact me to arrange delivery, I had to ring the carrier myself twice. On the positive side, both the company and carrier were most helpful when I requested to change the delivery address. I am extremely happy with the mattress I purchased and would not hesitate to use mattress.co.uk again in the future.

I ordered a silent night mattress, I was contacted within a few days with a delivery date, which was only a couple of weeks wait. The driver contacted me when he was an hour away. The mattress is lovely, just what I wanted.

Would highly recommend using this company as everything went without a hitch. Ordered my chosen bed which was a very good price & everything couldn't have gone more smoothly. I got the delivery date & was phoned the day before to give me an estimate time to expect delivery (7-10am). It was delivered at 7.10am. The guys were wonderful & took it to upstairs room, removed packaging, assembled bed & took packaging away. Would use this company again if purchasing a bed.

The ordering was so simple. Just a few days afterwards I selected a delivery slot. It turned up exactly when I wanted and I even received a call an hour earlier to warn me. Great

This is the third mattress purchased from the factory shop. Purchased for my sons single bed. The price was very good for this quality of product and as usual the delivery date and time slot were bang on with no time wasted hanging around all day. Will continue to use this company when the daughters bedroom gets decorated and she has new bed.

My double mattress arrived on the correct date and time following and email and telephone call. It was wrapped in a plastic cover. One delivery man sat in the lorry outside and one man arrived at the door with the mattress.
When I enquired how he planned to get it up the stairs on his own, he implied I should help him. I told him to get the other man out of the lorry to help.
Both men then took the mattress upstairs into the bedroom. The plastic cover was swiftly removed without any discussion with me by one of the men, who cut it off the mattress with a stanley knife. He took the packaging and then they left.
My concern over this, is that if the mattress had turned out to require returning, I would not be able to do so as the packaging had been removed. As it turns out, is is a good mattress and luckily suits my needs.
For that reason I only give this 2 stars.

This company was by far the cheapest for the silentnight bed I wanted delivery service I could not fault will definitely recommend

I ordered a king and a single bed. Both are excellent quality for the money. They are quite firm but that suits us and we are exceptionally pleased with our purchase. The headboard that came with the king was far superior than I expected, and it looks great. The delivery men were cheerful, and we were able to speak to them direct on delivery day just to give them clearer directions to our cottage on Anglesey as the postcode didn't truly reflect the actual location. Customer service were very slow to answer the phone, but were very helpful once through. All in all, I would strongly recommend these products as EXCELLENT value for money.

This our first new mattress for 20 years and getting it on line was easy,the service was exelent and the product was great,iwould recomend this company to any one. thanks very much George Simpson.
